I actually didn't mind that! God knows what was in it though.

Somewhere In The Ether…

I think I know the stuff you imply; It’s a whitish colour with little specks of green and red thrown in (as if to add to the vomit like, visual effect)…?

As I recall it tasted horrible to 😵‍💫😵‍💫

Sandwich spread is bloody lovely, its basically salad cream with tiny pieces of chopped veg, like a coleslaw. It's nice in a sandwich, use it just like salad cream or a mayo.

Looked like vomit, but tasted not too bad back in the day growing up on a council estate.

Probably not so much now with my Southernized palate.

Tonypandy.

Cheese and ham toast toppers, which contained none of the advertised items.

Consistency of wall paper paste, smelt like burnt sweaty socks and tasted like nothing I've ever experienced since.

I bloody loved the stuff.

I love it's tanginess! It livens up an otherwise boring ham sandwich!🥪

Toast toppers, in mini tins, was also something I remember from my childhood...the cheese & ham one was lush!
