A relative newbie to the site but being middle-aged I have a lived a life before I got here.

Enduring the end of the last chapter and enjoying the start of an exciting new chapter both on and off FAB, I'm mostly here to explore the forums, meet new and interesting people, and explore my new-found sexual freedoms. So you'll likely see me existing in one of 3 mental states;

inside a cocoon (dark, introspective and very quizzical that's often perceived to be argumentative)

emerging (and quickly going back in) Quick bursts of positivity followed just as quickly with petulant to ejection from the perambulator

Bursting out like a triumphant butterfly to embrace all that my new life will have to offer (this hasn't happened yet but I can feel it in my water it's not far off)

I had a freak accident a few weeks ago that has made me re-evaluate my life and appreciate my health and my family soooo much more. And if has given me oodles of time as it looks I’ll be off work for a long while. So chat away!
