| Visited this wonderful little club three times now and have nothing but praise for VJ and her trusty team. Great atmosphere, three excellent and sizeable playrooms with, without doubt, the most wicked of dungeons! met and played with some wonderful people and can't wait for the next event. |

| I went to this new club today and was met by the hostess she's a lovely lady made me feel at home and I had a really good chat with other tgirls and guys then I went into the playroom and sucked off a guy and he had me over the table then I met two more great guys who I gladly sucked and they both had me aswell I will definatly be going back in wish I could of stayed until closing great place

| My first time to this club and had a fantastic evening spent mainly in the dungeon being flogged, whipped and spanked amongst other things. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and very clean facilities. Mistress VJ is a perfect host and will be returning again. |

| Attended the Annex last night, had an amazing night, moment I stepped in door, I was welcomed by the warmest, friendliest hosts I've ever met, facilities extremely clean and comfortable and the people were the friendliest, was a great mix of people there, altogether an awesome evening, definiately would be coming again! |

| Our first time at this new club for their greedy girls night. Great atmosphere, large very clean playrooms, very friendly hosts, especially the very sexy Mistress VJ. Had some very horny fun with some guys and will definitely be going again. This is what a swing club should be like where people want to have fun and plenty of it.

| We have been to fetish parties at The Annex, the venue is clean and fresh very discrete. Mistress VJ is a very personable and welcoming hostess and we feel comfortable and secure playing and socialising there. Not tried it as a swinging venue yet but keen to if the right event comes up! How lovely not to have to travel for hours to socialise! |

| I went to the first greedy girls night,and was glad I did. Very relaxed and fresh, each room is different, all are clean tidy and we'll presented. As a single guy, it's a good way to have fun, and watch other play serious games. Can't wait to meet friends there again.
In the practical side, it's easy to find, plenty of parking,
I will be returning as it's definitely a great new location. |

| A great new little venue with secure discrete parking, that I hope will go from strength to strength.
I attended the inaugural Greedy Girls night in Feb'14 where the numbers totalled 4 girls playing and 24 gents partaking. Four play rooms were available and the dungeon room proved to be very popular.
It was the polar opposite of seedy as the venue was clean, fresh and inviting.
I'll definitely be back for the next Greedy Girls event!
