| What a wonderful place the Annex is. Very nice place to meet up with like minded people .
On arrival I was greeted by VJ a stunning host and made to feel most welcome and put at ease.
The Annex is very clean safe and friendly. Has a well equipped BDSM room and other play rooms
It is a great credit to VJ for making the Annex what it is and I,m sure it will go from strength to strength.

| The Annex is a great place to meet like minded people, its clean warm well furnished and totally safe. VJ is a stunning hostess who is warm friendly and loves what she is doing which makes a big difference, she gave us a grand tour when we arrived as she did when all new guests arrived. I hope this venue goes from strength to strength this lady works very hard and I'm sure this is going to be a big success. | I attended the greedy girls might on the 19 th march . On arrival I was greeted by the lovely miss vj. She was warm and welcoming and made me feel welcome . The club was very clean and the other guests were very friendly . There was a great selection of ladies there and I think everyone had a good night .i would love to go again and look forward to it. | I attended the Annex for an evening event last Friday and although I've been to parties there in the past as well as private play sessions, I have nothing but praise for VJ and her team.
The venue is always clean and tidy, everyone is made to feel welcome with all lifestyles being catered for. You really couldn't ask for a better run, friendly club like this!

| I went to this new club today and was met by the hostess she's a lovely lady made me feel at home and I had a really good chat with other tgirls and guys then I went into the playroom and sucked off a guy and he had me over the table then I met two more great guys who I gladly sucked and they both had me aswell I will definatly be going back in wish I could of stayed until closing great place

| We have been to fetish parties at The Annex, the venue is clean and fresh very discrete. Mistress VJ is a very personable and welcoming hostess and we feel comfortable and secure playing and socialising there. Not tried it as a swinging venue yet but keen to if the right event comes up! How lovely not to have to travel for hours to socialise! |

In the practical side, it's easy to find, plenty of parking,

| A great new little venue with secure discrete parking, that I hope will go from strength to strength.
I attended the inaugural Greedy Girls night in Feb'14 where the numbers totalled 4 girls playing and 24 gents partaking. Four play rooms were available and the dungeon room proved to be very popular.
It was the polar opposite of seedy as the venue was clean, fresh and inviting.
I'll definitely be back for the next Greedy Girls event!
