| We spent a great weekend at this gorgeous Hotel and can only say that Barb and Dave were the perfect hosts.
The place is spotless with everything that anyone could want to make the weekend fun and relaxed.
Lovely hosts and a great mix of guests too.

| This was our first stay at the avant garde hotel and what can we say what hasn’t already been said.
Dave and barb are an awesome couple,great hosts easy to talk to and encourage you to have lots of fun.
Now there hotel is absolutely immaculate and clean the bar area is a great place to meet and socialise with likeminded people,and the playrooms downstairs is a great added bonus we also like the breakfast box what is delivered to your door in the morning.
We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough we will definitely be returning with a bottle of apple vodka for Dave personally. |

| This weekend was our first visit to the hotel. Barb and Dave are an absolutely gorgeous couple and the perfect hosts. They made us feel really welcome and encouraged us to have a great time.
Our hotel room was cosy and clean, and I have to say the breakfast hamper was a really nice touch.Thanks for having us. We look forward to visiting Blackpool again soon xx |

| This was our second time visiting but our first time actually staying. On both occasions, Barb and Dave were the perfect hosts who really know how to look after their guests.
As for the rooms and facilities, everything is spotlessly clean and of the highest quality. It will definitely be at the top of our list for future Blackpool visits. Thanks x |

| We finally had the opportunity to stay last weekend whilst enjoying some birthday celebrations. A warm, friendly welcome as usual from Dave and Barb, as well as the other residents. The hotel is spotlessly clean but welcoming. Great playrooms and spacious bar area. Our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend staying here, thanks guys!

| Stayed at Avante Garde at the weekend lovely clean hotel and a nice touch with the breakfast basket. Dave and Barb are great hosts doing everything they can to help you, Dave even moved us to a room on a lower floor without us asking and carried our bags up.
Did we look that old Dave ? lol

| My 2nd time staying here speaks for itself, if I didn’t enjoy it the first time I wouldn’t have went back, Barb and Dave are perfect hosts, who can’t do enough for you, and always making sure you’re ok, and giving tips on where to go, won’t be long until I’ll have been a 3rd time, thanks again Barb and Dave .X |

| We stayed at the avant garde on the 2nd of September and as soon as we arrived dave and barb were there to welcome us and made us feel very welcome barb gave us a tour of the hotel before showing us to our room that had everything we needed the whole place is spotless and the bar is reasonably priced too we enjoyed our stay and we are booked in again for October when we are bringing our friends along with us looking forward to another stay at this fabulous hotel xx |

| We stayed for 3 nights last weekend in this great, chilled out, super comfortable hotel.
Rooms are fabulous, so well equipped with everything thought of. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer, coffee and tea making facilities, comfy bed for a great night’s sleep. Lovely hot shower.
The hosts are your friends immediately and nothing is too much trouble. Advise and tourist info in abundance! Breakfast basket in bed was a real win for us. Add to that a well equipped playroom and socialising areas and what’s not to love?
We shall be back! xx |

| Stayed this bank holiday weekend at the Avant Garde, this is the best B&B we have stayed at in Blackpool. We were taken back by its cleanliness… the room was very nice and the play area is beautiful we just wish more people ventured down there to play…. Will deffo be booking in again in the future. |

| What a fantastic swingers hotel, with great owners and in a perfect location. We stayed in room 5 which is up just one flight of stairs and has a view of the Tower which is a 5 minute walk away. Our room was clean and big with a dressing table, iron, big tv and is very well set out. The bar and the play rooms are very smart. We can't recommend this high end swingers hotel enough, and hope to see you again in sunny Blackpool :-) |

| I spent time here with my male friend who was staying the night. Sadly never got to visit the playrooms but what I can say is the Hotel is immaculately clean, the hosts made me feel welcome at the bar and the en suite room was also spotless. I will be returning for a more longer stay and to enjoy the play rooms. :-) |

| We came last weekend for one night. The hotel is very clean. Rooms and communal areas are spotless. The play rooms are very well stocked. It's a shame we didn't have a chance to try them out. Barb and Dave are lovely and check that everything is fine and whether you need anything. There are hairdryers in each room and an ironing board and iron on each floor.
It's such a lovely welcoming place we would highly recommend staying there |
