| Once again I’m welcomed with open arms from Dave Debs Simon and Sarah.
I love being amongst such lovely people who I call my friends.
Always a great night celebrating InkedMrG engagement and birthday.
They go over and above to make sure you’re having a good time. Buffet was amazing and I won’t be forgetting the knee side Simon for a long time haha

| Attended a social event here. The place is spotlessly clean, really well run and the hosts were friendly and welcoming.
Blackpool may have its share of poor hotels but this certainly isn’t one of them. An absolute pleasure to attend. |

| Stayed at the Avant Garde a couple of times now… this place is amazing x We absolutely love Dave and Barb superb hosts… this place is always immaculately clean, we had a large double room which we paid a little extra for but well worth the money x Until the next time x thank you for an amazing new year x |

| Had a sneek look around Saturday afternoon, met dave and barbs, a lovely welcoming couple. Well presented establishments and a wonderful little play area for those wanting to start a party or continue a party.
We will return in a full capacity at some point I'm sure. |

| Dave and Barb were so caring on my first visit.
Lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Great bar area to mingle and then downstairs to the very erotic playroom.

| Had a great weekend at this hotel and attended the Christmas party Friday.Great hosting skills and really know how to make you feel welcome.everything is spotlessly clean.couldnt do enough to help.lovely buffet too. And the pics of the play area doesn't do it justice.So much better.as we did get chance to fry them out.will definitely go to other events here without hesitation. |

| Stayed here for the first time and definatly wasnt dissappointed,barb & david are outstanding hosts,the rooms are spotless and the premier suite is extremely fabulous !The breakfast baskets are a lovely touch too ! Will definately be booking again

| We booked the hotel for the weekend and we were not disappointed, the place is spotless and the welcome was amazing. We loved all the small little touches around the hotel. The play room was amazing and a real added bonus to an already amazing experience. If we could leave a five star rating we would. Amazing hotel that has done so much for the community by being open and honest about what they do and this helps open the door to acceptance for so many. We loved being able to be dressed down sat in a hotel reception and being able to chat to so many like minded people. The hosts themselves go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Thank you both and we we will be back as soon as we can. |

| Just left after a fantastic stay. Spotless hotel. Bedroom modern and immaculate with everything we needed. Breakfast delivered to bedroom on Saturday. Lovely breakfast rolls on Sunday. Hosts are very welcoming and look after you well. We also met new sexy friends who we enjoyed play time with. We will certainly return xx |

| Another great weekend at this fantastic hotel 10th & 11th nov.
Dave and Barb are lovely and create such a warm welcoming space to socialise and play. Rooms are spotless (and ours was a good size) with nice touches like the coffee/tea making facilities and breakfast baskets. Met some fantastic people and can’t wait to get back again. Highly recommend. |

| This was our first stay at the avant garde hotel and what can we say what hasn’t already been said.
Dave and barb are an awesome couple,great hosts easy to talk to and encourage you to have lots of fun.
Now there hotel is absolutely immaculate and clean the bar area is a great place to meet and socialise with likeminded people,and the playrooms downstairs is a great added bonus we also like the breakfast box what is delivered to your door in the morning.
We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough we will definitely be returning with a bottle of apple vodka for Dave personally. |

| This was our second time visiting but our first time actually staying. On both occasions, Barb and Dave were the perfect hosts who really know how to look after their guests.
As for the rooms and facilities, everything is spotlessly clean and of the highest quality. It will definitely be at the top of our list for future Blackpool visits. Thanks x |

| We finally had the opportunity to stay last weekend whilst enjoying some birthday celebrations. A warm, friendly welcome as usual from Dave and Barb, as well as the other residents. The hotel is spotlessly clean but welcoming. Great playrooms and spacious bar area. Our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend staying here, thanks guys!
