| The best place you can stay in blackpool with out any doubt. Dave and barb can not do enough for you , immaculately clean nice bar and there play room on site are a added bonus just can not fault this place |

| Stayed here for the first time and definatly wasnt dissappointed,barb & david are outstanding hosts,the rooms are spotless and the premier suite is extremely fabulous !The breakfast baskets are a lovely touch too ! Will definately be booking again

| We were at this hotel for the first time this weekend and will definitely be back. From arrival to leaving you could not ask for better hosts, Barb and Dave go above and beyond. The hotel is spotless the playrooms are a great added bonus. Breakfast baskets were a great touch and much appreciated the whole stay was faultless. See u again very soon |

| We booked the hotel for the weekend and we were not disappointed, the place is spotless and the welcome was amazing. We loved all the small little touches around the hotel. The play room was amazing and a real added bonus to an already amazing experience. If we could leave a five star rating we would. Amazing hotel that has done so much for the community by being open and honest about what they do and this helps open the door to acceptance for so many. We loved being able to be dressed down sat in a hotel reception and being able to chat to so many like minded people. The hosts themselves go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Thank you both and we we will be back as soon as we can. |

| Just left after a fantastic stay. Spotless hotel. Bedroom modern and immaculate with everything we needed. Breakfast delivered to bedroom on Saturday. Lovely breakfast rolls on Sunday. Hosts are very welcoming and look after you well. We also met new sexy friends who we enjoyed play time with. We will certainly return xx |

| Another great weekend at this fantastic hotel 10th & 11th nov.
Dave and Barb are lovely and create such a warm welcoming space to socialise and play. Rooms are spotless (and ours was a good size) with nice touches like the coffee/tea making facilities and breakfast baskets. Met some fantastic people and can’t wait to get back again. Highly recommend. |

| Definitely the best Blackpool has to offer this place is super clean, staff and owners so down to earth and honest, no drama, gossiping and talking behind customers backs, a really great atmosphere, get surprised every time I attend an event, how much fun I have, each time it has got better see you at the next one |

| This was our first stay at the avant garde hotel and what can we say what hasn’t already been said.
Dave and barb are an awesome couple,great hosts easy to talk to and encourage you to have lots of fun.
Now there hotel is absolutely immaculate and clean the bar area is a great place to meet and socialise with likeminded people,and the playrooms downstairs is a great added bonus we also like the breakfast box what is delivered to your door in the morning.
We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough we will definitely be returning with a bottle of apple vodka for Dave personally. |

| This weekend was our first visit to the hotel. Barb and Dave are an absolutely gorgeous couple and the perfect hosts. They made us feel really welcome and encouraged us to have a great time.

| This was our second time visiting but our first time actually staying. On both occasions, Barb and Dave were the perfect hosts who really know how to look after their guests.
As for the rooms and facilities, everything is spotlessly clean and of the highest quality. It will definitely be at the top of our list for future Blackpool visits. Thanks x |

| We finally had the opportunity to stay last weekend whilst enjoying some birthday celebrations. A warm, friendly welcome as usual from Dave and Barb, as well as the other residents. The hotel is spotlessly clean but welcoming. Great playrooms and spacious bar area. Our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend staying here, thanks guys!

| Stayed at Avante Garde at the weekend lovely clean hotel and a nice touch with the breakfast basket. Dave and Barb are great hosts doing everything they can to help you, Dave even moved us to a room on a lower floor without us asking and carried our bags up.

| We stayed at the avant garde on the 2nd of September and as soon as we arrived dave and barb were there to welcome us and made us feel very welcome barb gave us a tour of the hotel before showing us to our room that had everything we needed the whole place is spotless and the bar is reasonably priced too we enjoyed our stay and we are booked in again for October when we are bringing our friends along with us looking forward to another stay at this fabulous hotel xx |
