| Had a fantastic weekend here! The owners are such a lovely genuine couple who were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. They gave us a tour on arrival, rooms were spotless, and the amenities were great! We will be back! Thank you. |

| We stayed for 3 nights last weekend in this great, chilled out, super comfortable hotel.
Rooms are fabulous, so well equipped with everything thought of. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer, coffee and tea making facilities, comfy bed for a great night’s sleep. Lovely hot shower.
The hosts are your friends immediately and nothing is too much trouble. Advise and tourist info in abundance! Breakfast basket in bed was a real win for us. Add to that a well equipped playroom and socialising areas and what’s not to love?
We shall be back! xx |

| Babs and Dave are fantastic hosts go above and beyond on every level the hotel is immaculate with the feminine classy touches which make it lovely
Great social area and bar and playroom also spotless
Bonus off breakfast basket delivered to your door which eat at your convenience not been rushed out on check definetly the place to stay thanks for a fabulous stay again see you both soon xx

| Stayed this bank holiday weekend at the Avant Garde, this is the best B&B we have stayed at in Blackpool. We were taken back by its cleanliness… the room was very nice and the play area is beautiful we just wish more people ventured down there to play…. Will deffo be booking in again in the future. |

| What a fantastic swingers hotel, with great owners and in a perfect location. We stayed in room 5 which is up just one flight of stairs and has a view of the Tower which is a 5 minute walk away. Our room was clean and big with a dressing table, iron, big tv and is very well set out. The bar and the play rooms are very smart. We can't recommend this high end swingers hotel enough, and hope to see you again in sunny Blackpool :-) |

| Stayed here Sat night and would definitely return, we only used as a base and understood it was a little quiet with the bank holiday coming up. Rooms were spotless and the bed sooo comfy. |

| I spent time here with my male friend who was staying the night. Sadly never got to visit the playrooms but what I can say is the Hotel is immaculately clean, the hosts made me feel welcome at the bar and the en suite room was also spotless. I will be returning for a more longer stay and to enjoy the play rooms. :-) |

| We came last weekend for one night. The hotel is very clean. Rooms and communal areas are spotless. The play rooms are very well stocked. It's a shame we didn't have a chance to try them out. Barb and Dave are lovely and check that everything is fine and whether you need anything. There are hairdryers in each room and an ironing board and iron on each floor.
It's such a lovely welcoming place we would highly recommend staying there |

| Have stayed with our second adoptive family barb and dave for a year now on various weekends.
Nothing is too much for these very hard working people. This isn't just your average hotel it's very classy and spotlessly clean.
Beds are always comfy and rooms are lovely decorated with added extras like Hairdryer etc.
The added bonus of the breakfast in bed is definitely a lovely touch and it's a quality selection of items.
We've only used the play room once but from what we did use it was an added extra that makes this hotel amazing.
Barb and dave are always chatty, polite , friendly and just all round great people who we now class as family.

| I had booked into the Avant Garde for three nights as a single guy (part of a couple) and was made to feel very welcome indeed. The place is spotlessly clean and my "small double" room would have easily passed as a standard double room at other B&B's I have stayed in at Blackpool! Barb and Dave are lovely people, I was looking forward to club fun (karaoke and then exploring the playrooms!) on the Friday and Saturday nights, very much.
Sadly, my trip was cut short due a personal/family problem, making for a very costly 1 night stay at £200, which was understandable as I had reserved for 3 nights and out of season, the room would have remained vacant/empty.
However, the room was soon re-booked I understand. So my loss was someone else's (double) gain! My fault entirely, I know. I just wish I could have stayed for the three nights I paid for. Ho-hum. However, I fully the recommend the AG, lovely venue, great people. All the best guys. |

| Stayed at Avant Garde through a recommendation from friends at a local club.
Barb and Dave are excellent hosts, so welcoming and friendly, could not do enough for us to make our stay comfortable. Both had great recommendations for local clubs and great places to visit. Hotel is immaculate, playroom was very clean and well equipped, didn’t get time to play in them this time, but definitely will next time!
Look forward to seeing Barb and Dave again! |

| We stayed here on Friday. Dave and Barb were very friendly and welcoming. As it happened on the day it was free entry to club Play so we spent our time in the hotel for sleep only but we will be returning to experience more of what the hotel has to offer. |
