| As soon as you walk in the front door you are made to feel so welcome by this amazing couple. The hotel is immaculate in all aspects, they host so well. I have been here a few times now whilst staying In Blackpool and will definitely be back. They honestly can never do enough for you. See you guys next time x |

| Another amazing night! Made to feel very welcome, super friendly and the owners/staff are so helpful/lovely and very down to earth. Very clean and tidy in the bathrooms and playrooms. Will definitely return again another time and would definitely recommend :) |

| We stayed here on Friday. Dave and Barb were very friendly and welcoming. As it happened on the day it was free entry to club Play so we spent our time in the hotel for sleep only but we will be returning to experience more of what the hotel has to offer. |

| Absolutely FABulous hosts. Everyone who we met was super friendly. I did not have any fun myself. But was made to feel so welcome I think I will stay again if I find a swinging partner to come with me. Rooms are spotless and cozy. Perfect if all you want to do is get a good rest after a fun filled night. The play facilities are a great addition, allowing for play to continue if your not quite ready to go to bed just yet X

| An amazing 1st time stay here from 30th June till 2nd July. The place was spotless, to say Dave & Barb couldn't do enough is an understatement ask if there is an iron to be given back an ironed shirt x

| It was our 1st visit to this ideally located b and b and were impressed by the friendly welcome which was follwed by a helpful tour of its facilities including the playroom cleverly designed for some naughty fun.
Our room was clean and well equipped and ideal for a stay in Blackpool and very reasonably priced.
A great addition for the swinging community to enjoy. |

| We have been lucky enough to spend a week at this fabulous hotel. The owners have went out their way to look after us. The place is spotless clean. The downstairs play rooms are of a very high standard and also spotless clean. The bar prices are very very cheap and many a good night we have had here. Will book again the next time we are back in the UK. Thank you both for everything. |

| Our first visit to Avant Garde on Saturday night was a great success so welcoming, Dave &Barbs invited us to join them and other guests for dinner.

| Allready given a review last time but think the place deserves another.
We stayed here for 2 nights over the bank holiday and was a great weekend.
Dave & Barb are great hosts and are on hand for anything you really feel welcomed when staying here and are really genuine lovely couple.
The rooms were spotless and I still love the little brekkie box in a morning which is left outside your door full of little treats.
I really don’t think we could stay anywhere else now if we visit Blackpool unless we come with vanilla friends and there left wondering why we have gone missing downstairs for a couple of hours whilst leaving them in the bar??
Anyway until next time keep doing what your doing and thank u both

| I had always wanted to stay at Avant Garde and meet the owners ,Dave and Barb.
I had opportunity at weekend and with other Friends and was impressed with my room.
So immaculately clean throughout the whole place and even the toys in the playrooms are laid out in a regimental way .lol.
The rooms have a lot of attention to detail and enhance the ambience of a swingers hotel.
I was impressed with the little touches with breakfast a basket outside your room with fresh strawberry s and yogurt included.
I look forward to going again whether a stay or party evening which brilliant. Keep up the great work and effort both of you, trust me it shows .

| It was our first time starting at the Avant Grade hotel but from the moment we walked into the building we just new it wasn’t going to be the only time we would be staying.
We were met by Dave and Barbara.. OMG we fell in love with them straight away.. so warm ,, you know nothing would be to much trouble for these two..
Truly beautiful people who have modelled their hotel on their personal…
We all have been to the seedy hotels in Blackpool.. but this isn’t a bit like that. It’s simply gorgeous, clean, modern, light and bright.. I could go on and on and still not do the hotel or indeed D&B justice..
The only thing I would say is the price… they simply don’t charge enough for everything that comes with being a guest.
From the amazing clean well laid out supper comfortable rooms. The breakfast. The relaxing bar that the D&B welcome you into and make you feel at home in.. and if thats not enough.. well when you have the area down in the basement.
This is the play rooms.. and like all the other rooms in the hotel these rooms are just lovely.. clean and welcoming.. who needs to go anywhere else.. the Avant Grade Hotel has it all in shovel full’s.
Dave Barbara thank you for putting a lot of class back into Blackpool..
We will be back as soon as we get our next free weekend. Thank you both so much for all the effort you have and are putting in to make swinging a little more classy, like you we believe it doesn’t need to be seedy.

| Just got back from our 4th visit to the wonderful Avant Garde. The hosts Dave & Barb are so welcoming and great hosts. The hotel is so clean, comfortable & spotless. The rooms are classy, comfortable and so clean. The bar area is the same welcoming and clean and very reasonable prices for all the branded drinks. The play area downstairs is immaculate and so we'll set out for ultimate fun. The breakfast which is left outside your door in the morning is outstanding. Any swingers heading to Blackpool shouldn't look past this fantastic hotel which is also very well placed. Keep up the great work Dave and Barbara. See ya soon xxx |

Barb and Dave are the most friendly heart warming friendly ppl we know nothing is too much trouble they go up and beyond there’s no trouble nor drama everyone just parties we have sent a few of our friends to stay here and they love it we would recommend it to anyone it’s ultra modern and spotless
The bedrooms are well equipped aswell and so nice to stay in
You keep doing what your doing guys the true ppl who come to your hotel know what a wonderful place it is

| I was lucky enough to attend a private party here Sunday & even luckier to be able to introduce a few of my friends not only to Barb & Dave but also to others who were in attendance. If you want a luxury hotel exclusively for swingers then the Avant Garde is where you need to stay! I cannot praise Barb & Dave enough for the welcome you receive & the amount of time & effort they put into running this place, from their well stocked bar to super comfy beds, an abundance of towels in your rooms to the breakfast baskets left outside your room in the morning their hospitality is second to none.
