Anyone use pure gym pontypridd here?? Just joined and could use a gym buddy to keep my momentum going..

Was thinking about it. Though looks quite busy everytime I pass it. And all people on phones with excess long breaks between lifts thats the trend.

I'm at Pure Gym Llanelli. I know a few guys from Fab there, but none of them have the courage to even say a word.

Rude or respectful? There are fabbers in my gym that I recognise, both male and female, and I'd not appreciate a chat about fab with them when I'm trying to get a workout in.

I would say that's perfect etiquette

If someone approached me while I was training because they recognised me from Fab I wouldn't be very happy about it. In fact I would find it quite disturbing. Each to their own, however

I found the one down the bay really busy but the pure gym in town was pretty good. Ive started at the red dragon centre gym and thats really convenient for me
