I played football until my mid teens, even had trails at Bristol City. I broke my leg during a match, and gave up playing. I have a knock about at 5 a side with my mates every now again, but nothing serious.

played Football, 3 Welsh caps from under 16 victory shield .best years of my life tbh,gradually got older played Welsh league up until 32,

Also 2 welsh Baseball caps ,

I used to play badminton for Gwent and Wales when I was in my teens but a knee injury took me out sadly. Still have the racquet my gran bought me when I went from county to country. Considering taking it back up again this year as we’ve now got a few local clubs back up and running
