Can't be doing with turkey. Far too dry " We always poor a bottle of white port in the tray with the turkey cover the turkey in butter and bacon then seal it all with tin foil. Always comes out lovely! Also cook it quite slowly! | |||

Also cook it quite slowly!" That sounds really nice. I find turkey way too dry, but I'm guessing the extra liquid would make it (dare I say the word).......moist. I'll have to pass that idea onto our personal chef, thank you. | |||
