"If you're a member of a gym then train. I have never once felt as bad after a workout as I have before if I've been on a downer. Cried through some workouts but always left feeling slightly less shit than when I arrived I'm actually thinking of rejoining the local gym. It's something I gave up a few years ago, probably in correlation to joining this site. As the couple above said, it's the thought of doing something or starting to do things which is the hardest step. I've felt quite lethargic recently, but even more so the last week or so. Hopefully I'll snap out of it soon, it's not the best feeling. Thank you. 🙂 | |||
