"Never known pain like it !!" It's tough in the beginning but it will lessen. Give it time also, it can be a slow recovery. Start on a physio programme as soon as you can. Feel free to pm

"I had a knee op in February this year I done loads of work before home strengthening my leg and they in the gym. I must say the pain for the first four weeks after the operation was horrendous but it does get better as people say you must do your exercises I go to the gym three days a week I do light weights on my operated leg. Then I go in the rowing machine treadmill and bike and all this has helped. I'm so tired had the operation on their pain-free and got full range. It's all worth it but you need to put the work upfront and after my consultant told me the range of movements you have in six months is a range you'll be left with some work hard in the first six months to get a full range." This is exactly how you do it... You can't sit on the couch and just expect it to get better! Prehab is as important as rehab.... They do the work, the rest is down to yourself!
