I'd recommend Chameleons in Darlaston, its about a 20 min drive north of the town centre, doable in a taxi.

Also in the daytime via train from New Street (the main Central Station) to Walsall (single is costs under £4 per person) and very cheap short taxi ride to the club from the station. Taxi from Walsall to the club is about 10 minutes and costs about £6. Also a regular bus from outside the station but unless your using West Midlands day tickets your as well to hop in a taxi from Walsall for 2 or more people.
