Any hotel around Dam Square is perfect.

The Krasnapolsky is without the best but a expensive.

Staying anywhere near the Rjiksmuseum is perfect. Amazing area and in the middle of so many districts

As far as we’re aware there are no Swingers hotel in A’dam. There’s one club in the city, can’t recall the name. Fun 4 All is some way out.

The red light district was very seedy last time we were there in November 2016, much more so that it had been in previous visits.

There’s a naturist spa and it’s really nice!! We had a massage which was lovely.

Hotel beethoven, 10 minute tram to dam square. Tram Station right outside the hotel. Cheap as well

The area round Vondelpark is good for hotels,close enough to everything to be a good base but far enough away that it's not really busy
