I have regular tests.. I keep up to date with latest updates from the screening service but choose not to use condoms for oral. There as I said is a risk but it's much much lower than bareback sex

I agree, too. If it’s agreed beforehand to use condoms, then it doesn’t have to interrupt the ‘flow’. My vulva isn’t that desperate to be put at risk.
