Anyone else tried it ?

Just got my first one today and tried it whilst hubby was at work lol and to be honest I find quite it's kinda weird but it's kinda addictive too lol. Defo a nice feeling when squirting the warm water in there....

Douching is not really recommended, as it messes up the natural balance up there. Lots do though.

I was going to ask this as I dont take but like to give and be ultra clean and if im taking a man or woman I certainly dont want any mucky surprises ..... any tips on self douching as i take shower head off hold end of it tight to Mr Sphink and flush out 7 or 8 times .......but turn heat and pressure down ?????

Do this myself and do worry about natural balance there. Also potential pressure damage, however only way to ensure clean. Any other methods.

With regards to anal douching, it’s not really going to affect the balance as people say. Your biome of gastric bacteria etc is at the start of the intestines and with the average human having about 20+ feet of intestines the chances of you filling that are negligible.

I would however suggest using the specific douche equipment and the tissue in the anal passage can be torn and then you leave yourself open to infection. The various devices can be purchased quite cheaply and it’s nice to be sparkling clean for your chosen playmate.

Tell your friend he will know how long to keep it in, it will release itself if he waits too long. As someone who enjoys enemas, I have an enema tube and bulb kit, I find that about a dozen squeezes of warm water is quite comfortable and enjoy holding it in as long as possible, a word of warning to beginners, don't stray too far away from the bathroom

I went through a phase of colonic irrigation. Which is effectively creating diarrhoea for yourself. On occasion it does have some beneficial effect, but needs management. Sort of glad I stopped as it became a bit silly.

As Kate says, your friend will know. I’d say about 20 mins and maybe do it whilst showering as dependent and volume, it can come back out with some vigour!

Pussy douching isn’t really recommended for the reasons said above, though different women’s flora will be effected differently, it’s a risk.

With anal, the issue with this is it will liquify everything up there and often cause more mess than if you’d not done it at all.

What I recommend is a small injection of glycerin in your bum, 1-2ml is all you need.

Given such low volumes it won’t liquify anything.

But it will stimulate the bowel to realise everything that’s in there, as it is. So if your diet is healthy, that means very low risk of mess.
