"Scars don't bother me...in fact I find them interesting!! Maybe I'm a bit too upfront but I've often asked people about scars out of sheer curiosity, and found out some weird and wonderful things about people. Obviously I'd never push it if someone was uncomfortable talking about a scar, but so far that's never been the case x" Same here. Be proud of your war wounds C

"If people are bothered by a scar then sorry bit shallow. It is not about scars etc it is about meeting and having fun with some lovely people and hopefully make some great friends along the way. I mean come on we all have things about us that we are self conscious about. " Blimey! That's a bit harsh. Why do they have to be shallow? Maybe they have a phobia or maybe it reminds them of something else, maybe they just have free will! I have two scars on my left wrist after a motor cycle accident. Quite promenant and I suppose people can see them on a social as I tend to wear short sleeve tops.. Yes, we have been given "thanks but no thanks" that could have been because at the time the scars were very red, but we just move on. No need to start calling people just because they can't handle something... For those with scars, they are part of the road map that is your life, no need to throw it in peoples faces, but also, no need to hide.. If someone doesn't like em.. Move on and enjoy other people..

"Not calling anyone, gave my opinion. " !If people are bothered by a scar then sorry bit shallow" And that's not calling people? "Surely if you had a phobia about scars then being on a swinging site, where the likelihood is that you are going to see a fair few naked bodies, in its entirety warts and all, is all but going to cause you stress then why on the site. Just my opinion not calling anyone !" People have many reasons for being on sites like this! Are you really saying that if people don't like one aspect of this, they shouldn't be on here? Sheeesh!

"No I am not saying that at all. What I am saying is simply, that if someone has a phobia about scars. Seeing someone's scars upsets them, then surely that person would avoid as best as possible not to meet people with scars or look at people's scars. So therefore if people are stood in front of you naked, probably 95% of the population have marks, scars, this would upset the person who has a phobia. My argument is this, if you don't have a phobia, which is if you read my post what I meant then why would it upset you to see someone with a scar. You are reading between the lines and not what the meaning is. If you have a phobia about spiders you don't like to go near them or see them. If you have a phobia about flying you don't fly. If you have a phobia about scars you don't look at them. Unless you are meeting people who you are stipulating in your profile that any prospective meets should not have any scars, then chances are someone who you meet may have a scar therefore would put you off. I think it is shallow that someone would be judged because they have a scar, same as I think it is shallow that because someone does not own their house is judged ( before you start, earlier post not by me I might add.) But then I guess that is the beauty of this site everyone has their own opinion, and it would be boring if we all agreed. Peace and love to you xx , Still think you are wrong though lol. " Actually, I don't believe it is possible for anyone to read between the lines if it is not intended! You typed: "If people are bothered by a scar then sorry bit shallow" That was your first line and it was not qualified anywhere else on your post! I don't see anyones preferences as shallow, the ones that are shallow are the ones who have no preferences and will shag any shape, size and age! You know, the ones who can't understand others have preferences and perhaps standards! Besides which, we are not talking about the small marks and blemishes that you say 95% of the population have! We are talking about a person who has had heart surgery and will have a pretty large scar!

If someone doesn't want to meet anyone with a scar...... thats their CHOICE. It's not shallow. I hate facial hair. Should I be on a swinging site as many men have facial hair and I refuse point blank to meet anyone with it? Or does the fact that I won't meet with anyone with facial hair, make me shallow....... cus obviously, I'm a swinger and therefore not picky or fussy and I have no freedom of choice or preference.

"personally, we would have more worry that he has had a heart op and nothing to do with the scar, just in case something happens during the night. ..........." Well that`s me fooked them! I had a quadruple heart by-pass ten years ago but believe me, if the medics thought that sex would be dangerous for me I don`t think they would have prescribed my Levitra to help me have a sex life! Four months after the op I was in a gym once a week where the instructor used to make us sprint on the spot for a minute!
