To be honest, alot of them probably don't even think about guys when they are dressing up, they most likely do it for themselves and making themselves feel good.

But I do this for me, first and foremost. Not for anyone else's benefit. I have no idea about anyone else's sexuality and really don't care how they might label themselves. If a guy finds me attractive, and I find him attractive, I don't waste time over-thinking what is about to happen.

I don't "dress up", I dress, and no I don't do it for the extra kick that a straight man might be interested. Of course I appreciate it if any man finds me attractive or even gives me that "look" but I don't think about their sexuality.

He asked me for a £1 (I was a lot younger then ) as I'm guessing he thought I was a girl. A massive compliment for me However I wasn't trying to 'fool or be convincing' for him...I was trying to be as convincing for me ! "Nope, what i wear has nothing to do with anyone else, male or female. I dress as me, in my clothes. If I'm going somewhere fancy i wear something nice, if I'm doing something ordinary i wear something casual. If I'm going to a sex club i strip down to my sexy lingerie. But however I'm dressed and wherever i am, it's certainly nothing to do with trying to convince anybody about anything, or getting a kick out of "passing". Tbh I don't give a toss what other people think. And I'm pretty sure OP, that most women are the same. When they get dressed up, put on make up, smell nice - it's not done for the benefit of men. We do it so that we look good and feel good for our own benefit." I appreciate your honesty.

A straight guy would have to be blind to think I was actually female. The main reason I dress is simply because it feels right, most of my socialising as Sam has no sexual element at all. On the other hand playing the female role in the bedroom is a turn-on, although I would never meet a guy who identifies as straight. Underneath the wig, make-up and clothes, I am still male, and any sexual partner needs to be comfortable with that

"I dress for me. I love lingerie, how it looks, how it feels. I know I probably look ridiculous, but I feel good. I haven't met many people dressed, as I'm not convincing enough or attractive enough. When I was young, it was joked about that this might happen. Like I said, I like to think it's in the past now" Society is moving on, but that sort of attitude has not gone completely - there are still blokes out there who would not be comfortable with gay friends on the grounds their friend would be trying to seduce them. The attitude that a TV is probably a gay man trying to attract a straight partner is similarly outdated - a bit like the idea that a woman wearing a short skirt is asking for it. In general I buy clothes because I want to wear them, although obviously what I chose to wear when meeting somebody is different to a shopping trip. It is nice when an admirer likes my choice of clothes, in the same way as if somebody likes my suit or my aftershave when I am dressed as a guy.

Leanne " I can't believe anyone in this day and age thinks it's right to be transphobic, especially not in a community like this. T-girls might not be your taste but they're beautiful, emotional people, and in many ways they embody the swinging community. You won't find more open minded, excepting and sexy people, people who'd never judge but have been on a journey to where they are and accept. We do not think we own this site. I'll tell you this though this site is v quick to give any trans a ban. I've had many a ban for virtually nothing. When I complain to admin about people, they do absolutely nothing. I think some mods jump the gun and hit the button far too quickly. I will always stick up for my fellow, trans friends. "Sussex Steve you are just very presumptuous if you think tgirls dress purely to attract straight guys.Lots of straight guys on fab are too shit scared to admit they fancy tgirls.Hence they don't put their preference on here.Being bi isn't a crime so live with it. Try and read it again ! I was Asking something specific while accepting there were different aspects to it. That's what you missed. You keep defending yourself Steve but this is what you wrote in your opening post "I feel that TV's get an extra kick from the fact that a straight male will think that they are a female when they dress up". Now that you can see that that isn't actually the case at all have you changed your view? x " I think some have confirmed my view and others not, and most, like a lot of people are talking about something else! It should be quite easy, yes I do, no I don't... Read back and it's gone to open season on all things TV etc.

The boomer comment was well out of order though, disgraceful actually, but Maria said twice she was happy to accept a ban and that's what did it for her. It's a chill out ban.

"I feel that TV's get an extra kick from the fact that a straight male will think that they are a female when they dress up. Of course there are different angles to it all, but I'd appreciate your views on it. I'm straight and have no other interests in TV's other than this question." Right.......... The first thing is : My friends and new people I meet always tell me how Stunning and Beautiful I look. The second thing is : When strangers in crowds (guys and/or girls) keep staring at me...... it can be quite uncomfortable (although sometimes they could be admiring me), but it gets me all Paranoid and extremely Anxious about whether something is wrong with my make-up, etc. It can be quite Traumatic for me if I let my thoughts get the better of me............. But I clock them constantly looking at me up and down or at my legs and footwear, it’s ‘panic over’.... (at least for a little while)

I dress for me first. I wish to be a femine as possible. If I pass unnoticed in a busy shopping centre, I feel free. If a man finds me attractive because of how I look or dress. It is a nice but not a requirement of validation.

"Whenever I get a (fab)straight man message me I always assume he's scraped the bottom of the barrel for ladies and now desperate enough to think a cock in a frock is still a woman. I usually ask if they are aware I'm not a woman. Generally they say yes then go quiet. " I don't usually feel that way at all.If a straight guy messages me, I like to assume its because he's attracted to me as a person, not as a substitute woman!

Mods will ban you for being bitchy but are happy to leave other comments and posters alone. This doesnt reflect a balanced and open environment that Fab should be. I get some people are on here to get a reaction but certain comments are treat differently to others. If you were on other sites it wouldnt be acceptable but on here people are allowed to get away with it. Oh and btw i dress for me not anyone else...love and peace x

"I like the fact that I can dress sufficiently convincingly for a straight male to find me attractive, that's not quite the same thing as your question though" I agree with the above. But I just like dressing as femininely as I can anyway to go out and about and do "normal" things as well as being a sexy girl for anyone (male, female or in between) who fancies me. It's so much more fun being a girl as you can change your appearance to suit your mood from classy to sexy to slutty.....and simply enjoy the delicious sensuality of lovely lingerie, nylons, heels, make up and all the rest. "OP, I think the answer to your question is glaringly obvious from the majority of comments on here. However, you seem to be ignoring those and just jumping triumphantly on the few that agree with you as if they’ve proved your point. As the partner of a TV I can only say that Abby dresses to please herself and to make her the most feminine version of herself that she can be. Certainly never to attract ‘straight’ men. Who btw inundate her with messages. V " Wow.. nothing like hyperboling your views !! Take a chill pill love!... A few people have confirmed my view, other not, most are talking about other things. I'm not being triumphant, care to shoe where I am?

"But straight men ain't really straight if there having sex with a man , ain't they just trying to kid themselves that a man dressed as a woman is a woman ? There still fucking a mans hole . That's my take on it " I have to agree with this, even though I can understand why men would be interested in TVs, I disagree that they can be truly straight if they are.
