We've received messages from people we know of. Only one has sussed it was us. Was leading to somewhere but they gone all psycho posting odd status entitlement messages and pretty much gone to the stage if you're online you're available to f**k then gets offensive. Really odd, we've gone right of them now, luckily don't see them often. Seems it's best to stay clear of people you pass by in the street or know.

Yep, had this a couple of months ago. Wouldn’t say who he was, but I’ve pretty much worked it out and see him weekly and even had a couple of beers with him.

His message said he was just curious it was me but not bothered, and apart from the look on his face a couple of times, he’s been true to his word (he is playing away from home mind).

Freaked me out a bit at the time, especially as I had some cross dressing pics posted, but I’ve become calm with it now

This actually happened to us for the first time yesterday.

We received a message from someone that we knew. He worked it out from some pics we sent before I did.

He’s on the outer edge of our friend circle as it were and has been sound about it.

We’re still considering meeting him as it removes the need for such absolute discretion if they already know the ‘real’ you as it where.

They also warned us that someone we know really well is on here! So now being extra careful.

All part of the fun and the risk really.

Yes. But it only clicked recently. Guy I’ve became friends with though our respective businesses (we’re in the same field) I recognised instantly and couldn’t place it. Then he showed me a picture of his partner and that’s when the penny dropped.

I was getting regular messages from a local account and asked for a face picture. Not only was the face well known to me, it didn't match the body pictures on the profile (the real guy is morbidly obese, the pictures were of someone fit) and in his real life he is married with kids and pretending to be the upstanding pillar of the christian community.

His profile name was even a combination of his and his son's names which was somewhat sickening.

I replied with his full name, told him off for using fake photos and asked him If he was lying to his wife and sons about where he was when he was having fab meets. (He had had a fair few with guys)

He deleted his account but I've spotted a very similar profile using the same fake pictures again recently and it looks at my profile often but never messages.

The public face is so at odds with the level of deception shown on his profile I was appalled.
