I’ve fisted a few over the years and what I would say first is that trust is key. So when you feel you’re ready make sure it’s with someone that’s experienced in fisting. Go at it too quickly and it’s unlikely to be pleasurable for you. Take time and make sure the person goes at your pace and not his/hers, relax and use lots of lube. Perhaps start by using some toys and build up using larger ones.

Finally don’t stress if you find it impossible. Not many can take a fist anally so go at your own pace and good luck.

Apart from the usual lube, take your time etc. Learning to relax yourself when every part of you wants to tense is the key .... it’s quite hard to do that but when you do it’s easy. Domme double fists me and could have both in within 10 mins .... when she starts, if I wanted to stop her, she wouldn’t be able to push a finger in so not particularly loose.

Everyone's fists and holes are a different size, so we shouldn't obsess over being able to fist. Four fingers in the arse works just as well.

I wholeheartedly disagree. If our fingers is what you can take then it’s still stretching... never feeling it slide in and around a wrist, then there’s the sensations with it inside and deep .... then the feeling when it’s removed fist clenched and stretched again .... so many different sensations than achievable with four fingers!

Something to remember here is time. Enjoy the journey, don’t fixate in the destination.

Work through a nice collection of toys, keep a steady escalation.

Doing a little bit every day helps a lot.

But remember it’s a muscle, train it like a gymnast trains. You’re training for flexibility and strength.

A well trained arse is tighter and more controlled than a virgin arse. But this takes time and patience.

Can you fist and arse with minimal training, of course you can.

Use drugs, and just go for it. But you will cause damage and it’ll never be the same again.

I had a tgirl friend who loved fisting, she trained and stretched her ass with dildos and butt plugs.
