I would say unless someone has said they don't want to kiss then it's fair to assume they like to. That's only if you're a good kisser though. Some people are terrible at it and then.. No kisses thanks. I've found more couples don't want you to kiss than singles.

I do appreciate the etiquette of this site and if the woman YOU choose to speak for has no interest in my 'offer', she can (and probably has) ignored me. I am open, genuine and real, unlike many on this site. I tend to think it is rather more rude to speak for someone else than it is to simply make an offer they can simply ignore. Whatever, you are entitled to your observation and I hope and trust you find what you are seeking on Fab....!
