Ashbourne(ish) and Chesterfield(ish)

They do but you need one that fits correctly. Too tight and you risk cutting off blood flow completely and injuring yourself. Too loose and it won't perform as required.

A good fit allows blood to be pumped into the penis but restricts its flow out a bit causing a bigger and harder erection than normal.

If you experience any loss of sensation or pins and needles remove it immediately.

Metal ones are great but the measurements are more critical than with stretchy silicone ones and they perform better than silicone ones. But silicones ones tend to be cheaper and more forgiving if you get the measurements wrong.

hi op when you say do they work exactly what would you want them to do for you
