Ok a little embarrassing, but what what the hell, I call on you fellow swingers...

However, (partly to do with age) I don't last all that long before I cum, sad times

You've got to be really careful how much you train yourself not to cum. A girl can only take so much pounding, and your own stamina only lasts so long... but yes you can train yourself to last longer, and also train yourself to cum, and train the orgasm yourself so you can continuously cum or get a series of mild orgasms leading to a big one. (look into the tantric side).

The best thing about it is, all those things are out there just waiting for you to try them, and if they don't work, then just try something else, and find what works best for you, and her too :o)

ahh that's a very interesting point

Thankyou!! I will always ask in future, i thought as well it would immediately stop any ladies been interested in me.

i missed this post first time i read the thread

to be honest, going by what you have posted above, i dont think you have anything to worry about, as far as the shagging goes i dont really want a guy to go longer than 30 mins, id sooner do the forplay, have shag and the guy cum after not huge amounts of time then get back to turning him on again for a while ready to go again, as many times as possible lol

Just stop, pull out and go down on her or something until the sensation goes then start again. Each time it builds up and by the time you do cum it's loads more intense. We use this method all the time.

I dont know why ppl really get hung up on when and how they cum...I suppose if it suits certain meets or their timeframes...I prefer longer meets n more shags...altho I would hate to arrive,shag and cum in a few mins...however Id still intend on giving some more pleasure...and hopefully recharge before the end of the short meet!

I am quite fortunate that I can cum more or less when I want. I can last hours or minutes depending on the moment and position. A good way to train yourself is when wanking.
