I've always liked the idea of bi sex involving both partners.

The attitude towards bi men on here is what puts me off of meeting couples.

Well we both like the idea of top play, personally I don’t think it deserves a label but I state bi curious on our profile. For us the ideal mmff would be all in together fun as that’s how we see it, just a bit of fun

I'm still looking for my first bi couple to have fun with. I've had many guys and a few gangbangs but I'd still like to have some relaxed MMF fun with a bi couple.

Maybe one day lol.

When I started visiting swingers websites the idea of calling myself queer was purely academic. The world is changing around us, and places like this are reflecting that....

Some people want it and it works with some but there's a hardcore group who don't want it or promote it.

What's new is that more are open and very clear about enjoying it, as well as many women enjoying watching and joining in with men who enjoy man on man fun. It's a big shift from 10 years ago and reflects some maturity in the scene - through times when clubs banned such sexual contact, unless in a special bi night.

I think more action used to occur separately, where it's now with partners too.

We find it’s more common as we get older I think people realise it’s acceptable nowadays and being a bi couple is no longer rare

We love the fact there are now “bi” parties where everyone feels free to play as they want with no worries of offending anyone

I certainly hope it's the case that more couples are being openly bi. It's so good to have fun with couples because there are so many lovely sexy combinations.

Love meetingbi couples but there does seem to be a stigma around bi or bi curious guys. Seems it’s fine for women in some people’s eyes, but not for guys.

It’s a shame. But then some guys don’t help themselves with a long list of verifications, and unprotected sex pics with both sexes !

I doubt that numbers have changed. However if more guys are being open about wanting to express their bi side, as far as I'm concerned that can only be a good thing.

Back when I was on here only as a single male. When I realised I had a bi side I was advised by some to keep my profile straight or risk a backlash........I said "Hell no"

I think it does seem to be a little more open nowadays, and couples seem to be much happier to explore and indulge in things they li,e to do or try, and its great that sites like Fabs gives them a chance to do exactly that.

Having said that, i just wish a few more couples would up sticks and move to the south!!

I just think there seems to be a geographical north south divide in this area of couples!!!!!

Ever hopeful though.

Good luck everyone, you only live once.

"We are both openly bi on here and in real life. Since we made the decision to tell everyone life has been so much more fun and exciting . "

I think it's still increasing after the big PC push in the 80s and 90s. UK society is still coming to terms with the current acceptability of male homosexuality. Over 1/2 the existing population grew up in a culture in which to be a gay man was not thought to be a good thing and to be nasty or indeed violent towards one was by and large acceptable. Hence why so many weren't open about it and I don't blame them. It'll take another generation for that to completely pass and, sadly, with the current rise in populist politics it's entirely possible that the trend will reverse So we might be living through the high point of out bi-men for the next couple of generations although I hope I'm wrong about that.

A daft attitude. Yes, being bi puts some people off. Being straight puts some people off who want to meet bi folk. It’s horses for courses....if you try to please everyone, you’ll end up pleasing no one.

We think society is more acceptable of both sexes being bisexual. Also men no longer view being bi sexual as not being masculine. For us, its just another avenue of enjoyment and also we find we have a similar mindset as other bisexual couples.

I agree and most bi and gay guys are quite manly, in fact I've been with gay guys who are more masculine than me, the stereotypical camp homosexual of the 60s and 70s doesn't really exist anymore and I doubt it ever really did.

I don’t think couples here are as accepting of bi men as they claim.

Men will let anyone suck their cock if they are horny enough.

They won’t go anywhere near it in a group scenario unless their female SO has expressed a clear interest in seeing 2 men get intimate.

Fact.

We are both bi. And contrary to a popular myth expressed here, I won't let just anyone suck my cock regardless of how horny I am. If there's no attraction and we don't get on personality wise there won't be anything happening. I also enjoy kissing men I find attractive not doing it for show or "fab bi". We have been messaged on many occasions by “straight “ couples wanting to meet with us. When we question whether they have read our profile the answer is always the same.

Yes they have.

They are Bi.

They love TV’s.

But they can’t put any of that on their profile as it will put people off.

Even in this day and age and on a swingers site they lie about their sexuality.

I think only because someone may not want to meet a bi person doesn't necessarily mean they are prudish or despise them, just means that it's not for them. I love to see someone not being afraid to own their sexuality or admitting to being at least curious. What I do despise are the liars and people who intentionally mislead.

51 years - the majority on here weren't even born when some homosexual acts were decriminalized....

However they probably were born during the era of Section 28, and the ineffective and needlessly scary AIDS awareness campaigns of the 80s and 90s which still seem to fuel a large amount of what some people believe about certain types of sex....

you say needlessly scary, but having had a relative die of aids, maybe not scary enough, still far to many people have not grasped the reality.

I'm sorry to hear about your relative - I lost several friends at the height of the first wave.

However I'll not back from needlessly scary - especially in the first wave of infection the vectors of transmission were much more complex and much less well understood than they are today. There is little evidence that those ads had any effect other than to scare people who were low risk anyway.

The rising rates of STI infection today suggest that public health education needs more than project fear to get the message through.

My experience is that the more a person resists

the attempt to shame and demean then for being bi (or gay, trans, pansexual...) the more likely s/he is to have a fulfilling sexual (and wider) life. But it’s not always easy and I don’t judge anyone for struggling with it.

I’m optimistic that things are improving but I do read the occasional post in the forums that reads like it’s been written by someone with ideas of sexuality and gender that I thought died out with the dinosaurs...
