And it's not a beef about single guys per se, we've got lots of them in our friends list, we meet them, they've verified us...we just don't need anymore at the minute !

0h yes it's visable the problem arises because generally some of single males dont bother to read it

Perhaps CAPS may help

They can still see your profile. We have single men blocked message wise. Just make a little note like we have explaining that it's a temporary block

I would take all reference to single men out and state exactly what you are looking for instead of what you don't want

You can then block messages from single men and reinstate when you change your mind

I keep different profiles in a word document and cut and paste in depending on what mood I'm in x

Ah hah! So Irony does come accross in text then.... In all seriousness though OP (removing all venom) There are a variety of reasons I wouldn't mail you (distance being the principle) but the 'sarcastic' invitation would not put me off were I interested.

Of course, if people don't read profiles it makes no odds what you write....

Don't like the arty photos at all. People just wanna see what you look like etc

Other thing...your profile goes on an aweful lot about single guys....

As a couple we would wanna read what your into and what you want, perhaps what your boundaries are? We'd want to get a feel for you before we invested any time in mailing you.
