Why do people class male bum-fun as bi?

I've noticed on a couple of porn sites that vids which show men being pegged or having prostate massage (by women) are often categorised as "bisexual".

I like a finger up my bum as much as the next man, but it doesn't mean I'm bi... (maybe it would if it was another bloke doing it!)

Where does this attitude come from?

No i agree a finger or toy up the arse does not make you bi

Over the roundabout and then turn right.

It stems from ignorance and labels. It doesnt matter what activities a MF couple get up to, its still straight.

My advice is to have your fun, and don't worry about it.

from fab straight men who don't want to deal with the biphobia of admitting they wouldn't mind a cock up their bum but for the fear of being called a poof? Or maybe from the homophobes who insist that anyone who likes a bit of backdoor burglary or a visit from the mystery milkman is beyond redemption?

I'm a bad person to ask (you were asking all of us weren't you) since I reckon most men couldn't tell the difference between my finger or a woman's going up there....

Haha, probably not! But a genuinely "straight" man wouldn't be letting you stick your finger up his bum!

Yeah, I think it's right that it's a bit of homophobia that forms that attitude - my ex-wife refused any anal play saying I might as well go with a bloke if that was what I was into!

Homophobia. Bum fun equals emasculation. Stupidity. Ignorance. Fear.

It's just ignorance, at the end of the day.

Many men who take the 'exit only' view are missing out on a huge amount of pleasure and fun but it's their loss

Some people just have to label others, and it probably comes from people who are anti gay.

It's ridiculous to say that because you enjoy bum play either solo or with a girl that you're bi/gay.

I adore butt play with a man, it’s a feeling of empowerment when you see their face light up when you put your finger up their butt! (Not done with everyone mind!) lol

It’s an extension of sex surely if your receiving it from a lady, if a man bonked my butt, that wouldn’t make me gay, so why should it make you gay if I did it to you? We are of the opposite sex!

It’s a load of crap! Just enjoy yourself and sod the critics!

I have a very large prostate. I was tested with ultrasound and by Dr Gupta’s fingers up me. A completey unsexy situation but it felt amazing and I got rock hard. Embarrassing but Dr G said it happens a lot. I’ve never looked back and finding a woman who will peg me brings joy like a 7 year old on Xmas morning.

It’s second only to the head of my penis in terms of stimulation.

Its a general societal issue probbably stemming from the Abrahamic religions anti anal obsession. Most of the other religions seem far less bothered about whos doing what with whom. Centuries of fire and brimstone preaching have a habit of skewing public perceptions of things.

Clearly Gay/Bi-Sexual Guys Will generally have penatrive anal sex, it’s what they do mostly. But being Gay/Bi involves sex with another Guy by definition, so a Ladies finger up the bum, or a Lady using a toy on you cannot be Gay/Bi. That’s the end of it essentially. And it’s no more Gay than getting a BJ from a Lady!
