You can do it at home by following these steps;

1. Prepare a roast dinner, with rhubarb crumble to follow.

2. Whilst cooking, prepare the toilet with suitable amounts of Domestos. The pine one is best.

3. Consume roast followed by crumble.

4. Dash to toilet.

5. Spread cheeks.
