Reading mostly, Birmingham sometimes

Hi,

I see there is a new club in Walsall called So Swingers. It is quite expensive to join, has anyone been there yet? Can it be recommended? I guess it would be difficult to imagine the club being better than Chameleons.

Thanks in advance

all over the place

there is something on the board about the club already ....think the general opinion was its early days yet ....the main area of disapointment was people got to keep street clothes on and it lacked atmosphere cus of that

peak district

Would be interested in feedback. Three disadvantages we think -

1. Biggest disadvantage - no couples night!

2. You can wear 'street' clothes in the club, like La Chambre. Think it's much better to get everyone in towels as soon as you arrive.

3. It's got a disco, so you'll get lots of young people who want to dance rather than swing, again like La Chambre.

So... it would have to be pretty fantastic to be better than Chameleons! Might be a good thing though if it draws some of the single men away from Chams.

Hawick

We went to try it Saturday th February. Arrived at 10pm to find only 3 people in there.

The guy who worked there was on the phone constantly and did not seem to be interested. We decided to give it a miss and went to Chams instead.

As we were leaving a car full of young people drew up they asked how many were in told them and they drove off.

Might be worth a try if it takes off a bit.

Thanks for the feedback, maybe I should give it time to develop, mind you if everyone does that it won't last all that long!

i have never been, however i have friends that have and by all accounts its a bit of a posers club for the 'gorgeous' swingers and membership is based on what you look like, i have read some reviews of the club on several different sites and they all seem to confirm this, like i said i have never been myself so i don't know from personal experience

right since posting my last post i have been and tried so! club, don't let it be said i listern to gossip without trying things out for myself lol

Where the hell anyone got its a posers club from i have no idea, its not there was women of all shapes and sizes there, i personally did'nt like the club if im going to be honest, we went on a meet there from another site, we left about midnight as most had left by then and it really was quite dead, the jacuzzi was broke and to be honest it looked like it could have done with a lick of paint in places lol i think its very over priced for what it is, but to be fair its early days so maybe i'll go try it again in 6 months or so when its picked up a bit.

We also went on Saturday and had a great time.... yes its different to chams and can't compete but can the new corner shop compete with asda ????

The club is very stylish and clean they have 7 great play rooms all with the option to lock if desired. the staff were lovely and very eager to hear our imput.. they know they have to make changes and are in the process of doing so.... it is a little quiet but its new so I would recommend if your going for the first time meet a few friends there... the staying dressed policy is changing so will make people more comfortable, the music was great nothing to loud and loads of r&b lol.

I also went there about 3pm to look around and they did have a guy there fixing the hot tub and he left as we were leaving saying that he fixed it but unfortunatley it broked down again.

I will always favour chams but think its great that we can now have another club for a change and will be going there again ... good luck guys hope it works out for you xx
