A reputable online pharmacy. I think Lloyds get you to fill in a questionnaire etc. Not tried it but seen service recommended. Or go to your gp. Don't be shy, if you really have a problem it might indicate something serious.

You should never take any tablet that isn't prescribed for you. Pills like Viagra,speed up the heart rate, and send your blood pressure sky high. You Have to be monitored on them, a very dangerous game to play, don't think getting an erection and having staying power is worth your life,

they are all vascular dilators so the blood vessels get larger so blood pressure lowers - its simple mechanics.

To be fair after a quick look online it seems perfectly OK to use it long term .

Studies with both those who need it and those who use it recreationally seem to suggest no ed issues which weren't already there .

Like anything , there may be those who it won't suit , but if you use it regularly with no ill effects , there seems no reason to stop .

I agree but it can be embarrassing and not that simple to get a prescription,plus the fact it is expensive for those who have to pay,i imagine in time you will be able to pick up a packet from Tesco and use your clubcard...just like some other country's who don't have such draconian &outrageous drug regulations and laws.

Almost all drugs seem to list death as a possible outcome! Apparently they have to list it if someone has died during testing, even if there is no evidence to say that was the cause. Everything in moderation seems to be the way forward. Although it is probably easier just to go to your doctor and get a private prescription. You can then buy them extremely cheaply and you know they are the real deal

I've researched it and can't see any reliable articles proving that long term use indicates damage.

A lot of saying that it can induce psychological dependance, seems like it could be true.

I've tried them one time when I saw them going cheap in a shop. It was mental. I felt like my dick was going to explode and it was hard for ages. It was insane.

Blister packed ,uk supplied and segmented into quarters , i find a quarter is enough for just that little bit extra and at a fraction of the viagra price . You will still need to pay for a private prescription but order the max and its still very cheap .

I am a medical doctor. I prescribe this stuff.

I have looked into the evidence on PDE inhibitors - sildenafil (viagra), tadalafil and vardenafil - and there is no evidence or evidenced suggestion at this stage that prolonged use causes desensitization to the drugs or ED.

I use it for special occasions. I have no problem getting hard. However when I'm extremely d*unk or exhausted and sleep deprived and have had loads and loads of sex and am nearly numb from friction, my cock can just give in. We love Hedonism II but it is constant sex and alcohol and sleep-deprivation for a week or two and can really take its toll!!

PDE inhibitors ensure you stay hard. They also work for psychological ED. If we go to a sex club where I am likely to be hammered and will have lots of public exhibitionist sex, I also take a half tablet. The main risk there is like Dumbo's feather - the psychological dependance.

You can buy it online in the uk at boots or chemistdirect etc.

Who knows what will be revealed about it in ten years time, but at the moment with hundreds of millions of users, it seems largely safe.

There's a company that I know and trust online called Buy-Pharma. They are in the far east somewhere but Ive always been satisfied with the stuff they sell.

The generic name is Sildenafil one trade name is Kamagra....I got some Vega 100 and I have been amazed how effective they are.

No sildenafil and nitrates (including poppers and nitrates prescribed for heart disease) together can cause a big drop in blood pressure which can be dangerous not a 'heart strain'

Kamagra is another name for sildenafil, which is licensed for sale and prescription in the uk as sildenafil/viagra, search for it as sildenafil and you'll find it on lloyds and the other sites

i have tried viagra but as i suffer from high blood pressure i thought i would try the "herbal" route so now use "goldenroot" which is from inovations247...think they are connected to the mens health mag, anyway they work well only side effect is a stuffy nose the next day...work out about £2 each...lke it says you will still need stimulating but it does keep you hard!
