Well, having never snogged a guy (no offers please, as "fuck off" often offends lol), I can only say that some women seem reluctant to kiss as if they mean it, they peck your lips or just press theirs against yours. I am not advocating the "tongue down the throat" technique, but its real horny to have a little tongue action.
