hi all why are there so many time wasters in swinging especially people who are not honest with you makes us sick why dont they p off and get a life love mark and sheilaxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Anyway to the OP we all get time wasters or folks who get cold feet or what ever they come up with. We had one tonight. do what we did and ring round. We found friends had the same so are on the way over.

suppose it happens everywhere, ppl are just on a wind up or in the end get cold feet, happens in life as well as swinging, for every time waster there is are two or three genuine lovely ppl

I agree, people can cancel for various reasons its the people who agree to meet then dont reply or dont show that annoy me

Nothing you can do about timewasters really. They don't always mean to waste our times, but they're too afraid to go out there and get on with it. So ignore them, the genuine ones will want to meet you.

It’s probably that you’re radar is improving

But seriously, this swinging online malarkey is now getting very boring, it’s gotten to the stage that your wary of committing to anyone, yes anyone for fear of being branded a timewaster if you change your mind at any point.

Everyone is just raising barriers nowadays and the block feature has never been so popular because even a no thanks to some is good reason to call you a timewaster.

I too have had my share of time wasters. one guy last week and another on sat night.......... if they get cold feet and dont want to meet then costs nothing to let you know but they dont..... some have no manners at all and then if to try to contact then either they have blocked you or they taken profile off

People have different definitions for timewasters.

Some say it is when you say no thankyou, or change your mind after chatting about meeting them,or a pic collector, or a person who wants to have camfun only or even to arranging a meet and having to cancel.

For us, all parties can change their mind about playing, right up to the point of meeting up and changing your mind there.......the only thing we would call timewasters are people who arrange a meet and don't turn up at all, and don't bother to let you know.

If you appear to be suffering from more than your fair share of timewasters (a fair share being the occassional one or two who don't show up)... then I am more likely to think it is the approach to selection which is causing the greater number of encounters.

think some people use the internet as an extention of their sexual fantasies and helps them enhance their bedroom activities.dont think they care if they piss people off which is a shame really but can understand why they do it as if theyre just basically pushing their boudaries a bit further but have no intention of ever crossing that line.

I must be lucky, don't encounter many time wasters and none on this site.

I'm a paid member on another site and only met two I'd class as time wasters. They loved to chat but could never tie them down, no pun intended, for a meet. Funnily enough both had parents that suddenly got sick on the day of meet. Oh, I forgot, there was one that had a car crash on his way to me!

I think you hit the nail on the head.

I had a guy ( on another site I hasten to add) chase me for a while, when I eventually struck up a conversation with him we agreed to meet as he was local, we arranged a time. At the given time he text and said running late be another 30 mins (I thought it strange as we lived 10 mins from eachother but gave it the benefit of the doubt). But he just didn't arrive, and only text the next day saying "ah yeah sorry about that had an emergency"

Then he contacts me again the week after expecting me to meet him....yeah right!!

IF we check peoples verifications ,it does help to cut the timewasters down to a minimum ,but surely it not that big of a problem , it is fun ! especially when a single fella messages ,saying he would love to see his wife with me ,and you know he is a crank , i usually play them along , it all fun , FRANKIE X
