Why do most women look for taller guys??....i mean its not like we'r going dancing is it? I tend to get this alot and feel it doesnt help in meeting people infact it makes meeting almost impossible.

Speaking personally, on meets I like to wear my heels, this makes me about 5'9" ish, I don't want to be towering over any guys I meet - hence the preference for 'taller' men................. Raz

I am only 5'2, my ex-hubby is over 6ft and my late partner about 5'8.

Height is not as important as having a nice personality and attitude to life in general.

Peeps with a big chip on their shoulders are not attractive to me at all!

I prefer taller men. My ex husband was 6ft foot. That said, I've met two much shorter men. One is still a very good friend, we speak every day and is one of my verifications. He is the complete opposite to what I look for in a man, the same height as the OP but has charm, humility, is great fun and can stand his own against me.

People have choices and we can change our minds. However whiney men with complexes of whatever nature is a big turn off!
