I have a lot of tattoo's and find generally people like them but there are a few that don't. It does come down to personal preference, it wouldn't put me off somebody. Some are really attractive on a person and can be a good ice- breaker.

I had both mine done, but I've had to take them out.

Both started turning, so they were more diagonal than straight and the left one was rejecting

Generally a turn off for me, a small interesting one in a discrete location can be kinda sexy on an otherwise classy lady. Frankly I don't understand them, I get the artistry side but always wanted to ask who is it for, the owner or the viewer - especially if its only viewable upside down in a mirror

I will answer this for you, I had them done for myself. Mine all have a meaning to me. I think as long as the person having the tattoo likes it then that's all that matters. A tattoo shouldn't define who a person is but unfortunately it seems to be the case.
