As others have said, buying a set of three plus rings in a pack is a great way to explore which ones are the best fit etc.

I wear thick metal ones for years. No issues once you are comfy at using them properly and relaxing yourself if you need to get them off.

I always advise men / tgirls to start with silicone / leather then move uoto metal if they want more real weight feels
