I've had sex many times in my infrared sauna. It is as much fun as you'd imagine and a more conducive environment for a hot & steamy session than a traditional Swedish sauna.

Many ,many times. I spend a lot of time in Central Europe and loads of the saunas there are mixed and nude. It is more pleasurable when one chooses steam room with lower temperature and humidity.
