Is it just me that’s noticed the increasing number of couples statuses and organising meets and the female is busy/sick/away and only the male half is available?

Not just you,they make me immediately suspicious.

I'm half a couple, my partner meets alone with my full knowledge, but has his own profile for this. I wouldn't dream of picking out a meet for him and messaging them from our joint profile.

They also rarely have any pics of the man either, funnily enough.

I have couples blocked now, but I used to get messaged by the supposed woman asking me to meet her hubby alone.

All old pics of her only, making me think they used to be a couple,but not now & he's still using the account.

Or she doesn't know she's got pics up on fab and it's just a man trying his luck.

It's a very common thing.

A few Red flags are

Couples with only female pictures as the fictitious female can't take pictures of her partner.

Very old pictures as he doesn't have any more pics of the Ex partner.

Over eager to meet up

Oh your not alone!

It instantly raises our suspicions that all may not be as it seems.

Similar to those profiles with pictures of the female that are from years ago, but recent male pictures. And the last veris date matches up with the last female photo.

Those get the same suspicious treatment!

It's always been like it in our 7+ years on Fab. Some would be shocked how many couples profiles where the Woman has little or no idea of the Fab profile.

This is my biggest issue with fab, there's so many trying it on as a couple just to find out it's a dude..

I've even had ones saying that a meet with the guy alone first has to happen before a full meet.. Which obviously means it's just a guy again lol

Had 3 this week alone, one guy we’d said no to a few weeks back. They’d not be able to message us as single guys, so they’re getting around it by pretending to be a couple

Yet to find a profile where it’s the lady only wanting to meet us, unfortunately

Any one new who we meet we meet together but if the situation arises I've let hubby meet on his own and he let's me meet on my own as long as we have met them together at some point. Getting childcare can be extremely difficult and having ms also sometimes means I'm unable to meet but I certainly wouldn't stop hubby from doing so as there may be a point where my condition limits who I can play with

We have a few couple friends, that we know for a fact the Mrs is away occasionally and he (as they both do) has permission.

Exactly that.

We will only ever do a social with all people present initially.

Solo meets is fine once a connection is established. But then we also have the rule that we keep it equal.....so if I meet the female, I then wont meet again until Mrs has seen the other male.

all these forum post with couples n ladies only ? who do you think is writing them 100% fake couples/women profiles run by men.

about 12 years ago i stopped meeting couples and women on fab due to the fake couples/women/and very male led profiles i stopped via singles profile and we also stopped via couples profiles..

guys who come avross these fake profiles mut think hany on there are so few couples and ladies on this scene and then over half of them are fake run by men meaning that there are fare less couples/women for real..

even with the real couples 90% are very male run where the wife has nearly zero to do with the account so the guy pretends to be his wife most of the time

so easiest way to get around was to filter couples and women out they are easy to find the real folk in other ways

i would not meet a fb couple you can tell the moment you meet them there so not connected making it a horroble meet most of the time ...
