You're gonna get a bunch of differing answers depending on who you ask. Some people literally don't care as long as fun is had, right up to size queens who won't even look at anyone under 10 inches. Everyone has their own idea of what the minimum is, and I doubt you'd find a consensus on which you could base a solid conclusion.

I personally prefer a 7 or above.

6.5 inches is well above average. The largest 5% of men are about 6.3 inches or above, so you're well within that range. Maybe within the largest 3-4%?
