What's the best swinging advice you have given or received? Let's share the wisdom.

The one I give out very often is: "No-one owes you their time. Don't assume because you initiated that you will get anything back."

That's one I tend to give as well: that you aren't owed anything by anyone here, particularly to a message that's technically unsolicited, and you need to have the fortitude to accept that not getting a response is equivalent to a "thanks, but no thanks".

Havnt been to one yet but honeslty when I do, I'm just gonna go with the flow and enjoy a nice drink or too.

Anything happens cool if not no sweat.

Making a friend or 2 is good enough for me

An amazing one. My first visit to a club was as a +1 to a couple. I spent the whole time enjoying the views and trading stories of sex adventures. I went home satisfied and with a lot of sex positive open minded friends.

Plenty of people on here who 99% of the time just want to walk sex and share ideas. Hubby is one of them. His head is often in the gutter lol

Best advice we had was to be picky and never take one for the team .

As a couple if it’s not right for either of us just walk away .

The only advice we've ever received was at Chameleons club, it was "you don't want to stand there at 10pm as there'll be a queue for the buffet". Sure enough come 10pm there was indeed a big queue! Apparently they don't do the buffet now

Over the years we have met so may people that have shared some horror stories re meets (also some very funny ones)..

The advice we always give anyone that asks;

If starting out as a couple - discuss and set your boundaries before getting into any situation - and stick to them.

Dont be afraid to say no, or to stop play / walk away from a situation if feeling uncomfortable

Communicate - not just with each other (if a couple) but with others as well - no one is a mind reader

And lastly (for now) - enjoy yourself - this lifestyle is meant to be fun and for many of us an escapism with like minded individuals from the crap of daily life / work etc...

Don't be afraid to say no or walk away from a situation.

Don't take rejection to heart. You're not going to be everyone's cup of tea.

Don't take one for the team. As a couple of it isn't for both of you don't do it.
