Okay who let the Hub moderators in?

Im a lucky enough single guy to have lots of pics with me with other people when i first joined i thought great, i can post some of those great pics ive had to keep hidden.

Guess what i have just been on my profile and someone has passed some silly draconian ruling saying only the people in the profile can be in the pics.

Now i assume this applies to all parties not just single males so does that mean you will now start decimating the profiles of couples and single girls who have people in them whose profile it isnt?

Thats a fair point but id prefer not to, all the pics ive posted are nice clear pics that knock seven shades out of half the pics on here and i have model releases and 2257s for all parties.

Put it this way, how would you feel if suddenly a photo of you popped up on some web site which you'd rather it hadn't ?

It's a fair enough idea in our opinion -keeps everybody right ...

As an example, there was a profile pic, not so many weeks ago, of a lady attending a kids' sports day at school. The kids faces were clearly on display. Are you trying top say that it's ok to do that ?

3. It's OK to have other people in the photo too as long as they can't be identified.

When you try and upload a picture you should se this as one of the rules.

As long as no faces or tattoos etc are visible, you can have others on your pictures.

It's in the rules that faces other than those that belong to the profile are not to be shown, we met two guys last August, they said they didn't mind their faces showing, we still blurred their faces out of respect.

So it's very simple, blur the faces.

I have the most fantastic sexy black and white pic of a lovely friend of mine, but as it is just her (can't see her face) and she is more than happy for me to display it, I can't put it in my pics, pain though it is. Rules are rules I guess and I can see how it could be easily abused

....Funny thing is, the pic with the dwarf and the sheep got through piece of piss!!!

As far as I am aware this has always been the case, just that pics werent moderated prior to being allowed on profiles before the new owners took over.

those pics still get moderated and will be rejected if you can see faces and/or distinguishing marks (tattoos etc)

It is your profile and so should be photos of you - it's not an ad on behalf of all those you have got giggy with is it?

I don't need to know what other people look like, I want to know what the single or the couple I am thinking of meeting look like.

Personally speaking, I tend to find action photos on a profile a bit of a put-off.... always looks like they are trying to hard to prove something.

The only benefit I have ever gained from looking at them is zooming in to check condoms are being used... suprising how many suddenly become photos of the ex-wife/gf *rolls eyes*

I had the same problem with a pic which had previously been approved. As soon as i contacted a few people looking for single guys with pics, i suddenly found my pic had gone. This obviously made me look an idiot. I wouldn't have minded but the other people in my pic were so far behind me that they couldn't be seen as it was a crowd scene at twickenham!!!

So really you got a bonus in that you got away with it up til now.

Nothing immediately jumps out forbidding phone numbers, but anyone who places a phone number on a profile surely would use a dedicated swinging number

In any event, if phone numbers are against the rules, I feel sure that ours will be removed by those who check the profiles out ......

I can't see anything in the faq but thought i saw something when i signed up. It's a reasonable room as people can sometimes add a phone number of someone they don't like, knowing that they will be inundated with unwanted calls.
