I feel swinging has given me massive confidence that I never would have had without being in the lifestyle. Has swinging given you more body confidence ?

Yes, definitely! I realised people of all shapes and sizes go to swingers clubs, and enjoy themselves without any body shaming (at least in "normal" clubs)

It has taught me that most people don't care as much as I do about my insecurites. There is definitely more acceptance of every type of body shape which does help confidence for sure.

100% more body confidence. Love to flaunt what I have now. Yet in Mt 20s/30s I would hide it away hated holidays, going swimming. But my confidence now is unbelievable knowing that guy find me attractive

Absolutely! Free of inhibitions and insecurities. It's great when we're out just being ourselves and that others are enjoying us too!

Definitely. That understanding that everyone is different shapes and sizes. Confidence in yourself is sexy.

I don't know about confidence but it does make you realise that it takes all types and there really is someone for everyone

It definitely has. Not only was I genuinely surprised by how many men found me and my body attractive, and in clubs how many wanted to fuck me.

As someone who struggles with body confidence the replies here are very encouraging to read.

Definitely, we both have a few extra pounds and getting on in years yet seem to get plenty of attention when in clubs !. It must be our amazing personalities lol . It was difficult the first time (dragged kicking and screaming into one by a couple we met a few years ago), yet our fears soon subsided and that was the first of many visits. You can naturally look down on yourselves then a minute later find you're chatting or playing with the most gorgeous girl or couple in the whole club ! (with a thousand jealous eyes upon us). It seems surreal looking back at some of our encounters, time for more...

The attention tha Dora receives on here and in clubs does wonders for her body confidence.

She was always so hard on herself before we met.

It hasn't had such a result on Mrs A regarding body confidence, instead she believes it just proves Men will fuck anything.

She has though always had sexual confidence, and that helps her in the moment.

In some ways yes.....

I was on a completly vanilla works do and I was worried that my dress was too short(it wasn't) my chunky knees being on display (they were) or if I looked young/cool enough......

Was going to not go, but then I thought if I can strut around a club in heels and lingerie/body and approach strangers....I can wear a dress to a works do x

Not all that North of North London

Swinging also got me into naturist events and yes it definitely has given me confidence. Not in thst I think I have a great body (I dont) but being around people with body confidence is definitely contagious!

Both of us say yes. We go to clubs where people of all body types go. It's nice to be desired occasionally

Definitely, hadn’t worn a short skirt since I was 18, and would have never have taken pictures of myself in underwear before joining here.

How many times can a guy get rejected before he thinks, maybe I’m not as desirable as I’d hope I was?

Does it give me confidence? Hell no.

I'm very body confident, which is something I got from the kink scene long before I joined Fab.

If I'd done it the other way round, I think Fab might have destroyed any shreds of confidence I might have dared to muster.

In reality, it is a double edged sword: it has raised my confidence levels very considerably, but the profile pics of extremely fit and lean couples, in particular, make me realise that my fitness regime needs to ramped up!

Working out 6 days a week and eating well has given me body confidence, swinging has not.

It’s helping get me over my body hang ups very slowly. I do compare myself to the leggy stocking clad beauties still….. but my curves and the fact that I’m short really do it for some guys which is really flattering . in this environment I’m learning that I’m a person as a whole, rather than a mix of good and bad body parts

Yes I was always a tomboy in highschool. I bloomed late in life not ashamed now as I was back then.

No. In some respects it has made me more self critical; in other respects it’s made me feel comfortable about being naked around others and appreciating physical differences even more.

Not really. I’ve always been pretty confident about what I’ve been given. I guess the difference is that via swinging I’ve found more opportunities to be naked in front of people, and more scenarios where being naked sets the ball rolling!

Similar here, the club scene in particular knocking my self confidence more than any other

The opposite. I was above average looking in my 20s and 30s. Less so now.

The last couple I met, she said "I don't fancy you but you're a really cool guy so I want to fuck you."

Honestly, she could have left the first part of that sentence out.
