Meet people though 90% more are social than play.

We just enjoy a few drinks and chat about experiences with similar minded people. Playing is fun when it happens but not now the main reason for being here.

Yeah but your a single lady and that's an instant message from guys, yes I know they say they don't just use this as a hook up but they do anyways no matter what they say lol but you can change settings so you don't receive lots of messages which we just got told about a few weeks back and it does help.

At the end of the day I'm single, and it's the only place that enables me to see exactly what's on offer without the tedious stuff of dating sites. However, that still involves moving off site to chat first, a bit of flirting, banter, and the safe sex chat too... I'm not seeking a relationship with anyone, so it's a bit more of a place to 'fill my boots', but on the other hand it's pretty rare I actually make a connection with anyone I click with so there is that too

Yes but there's a difference. Some people just want a quick hook up. Many men (who dominate the site) some single women and even some couples just want a quick and easy encounter. Some want random sex with strangers, some want to treat it like its the site of endless one night stands and some just want to act out a fantasy anyway possible.

Then there's the flip side. Those of us who enjoy the social connection part. Repeat meets and parties etc etc. Our local club has regulars so we talk and more and more with those same people when we go. Outside of the club we see the same couples or singles repeatedly (or at least those who want to keep seeing us).

As a single woman, you have to filter a lot more crap than many others to find what you want from all this...but its there somewhere. Its not black and white in here unfortunetly, its very much all shades of grey and you need to find that shade that is what you want.

You may as well ask how long is a piece of string?

Some use it because (as the name suggests) it's a mechanism for meeting other swingers.

Some use it for camming.

Some use it to while away the time catfishing people using nicked photos and fake identities.

Some use it to seek a long term partner.

Some use it as an educational tool.

Some use it because they're lonely.

I suspect it's different things for different folks, that then tends to colour people's experiences. Without wanting to be too generalistic I suspect a lot of 'single men' are largely expecting it to be a hook up site when in reality it's a lot more complex than that.

Fab for us is a place for us to chat to like minded people that understand our lifestyle choices.

If we click with people then we are happy to play but if there isn't a sexual attraction then we have friends that we can chat openly with.

The thought of just randomly meeting loads of people and shagging does nothing for us it's more about building a friendship group that has an open outlook on all things sex.
