Hotel Meets. Yay or nay?

We don't mind hotel meets on occasions, especially when accommodation is an issue.

But spoken to a few lately who wont entertain hotels as an option at all. No idea why.

Are you for or against hotel meets...and if against, why?

Generally nay. A club allows one to show off, a house call is intimate. And I don't like hotels in the first place, except very expensive ones I can't afford..

Don't mind hotel meets as long as its not in central London, parking is a myth.

I definitely prefer to accom or go to someone's home. The personal touch adds to the experience I feel

Love hotel meets, neutral territory - I feel awkward in another’s home not knowing where the kettle, bathroom etc is. Also feel safer in a hotel tbh Don’t meet men from Fab in my home just incase they come back n murder me

Hotel meets are our preferred, we get the room and if ever the other party didn't show then we'd still have an evening to ourselves with no interruptions, so win win!

I haven't tried going to a club yet, tbh I'm too nervous.

I frequently use hotels for meets. It's a fairly simple proposition, everything ship-shape to start with, until it gets messed up.

Security is very high, can use the safe, CCTV records visitors, your safety buddy can alert front desk, if they don't get the right response, etc.

No home distractions

And you can enjoy a night away, into the bargain, perhaps exploring and enjoying things unconnected to the sex

I get the sentiment and I agree there is a lot of timewasting on here but we are at a point where you can book a hotel room in the bar on your phone whilst on the meet now. Finnish your drinks and go check in. We've done that numerous times now.

I have no problem with hotel meets. It usually depends on the distance between us. I have hooked up with a few women who are quite some distance from me, so a hotel roughly halfway was a good compromise for both of us.

For info, there is a site with cheap day use rooms too, and in decent hotels, I used that sometimes and was very impressed with it.

My only worry with hotel meets is if someone lets you down last minute and you’ve wasted the money. Not an issue if you are away anyway but if you’ve booked local solely for that purpose.

We have found the meets we have done in peoples homes have felt more relaxed but we are probably lucky that we haven’t had any bad experiences with doing that yet.

I like hotel meets but I find they usually work best if it is a bit spontaneous and people happen to already be travelling and so have not booked it specifically for a meet.

If you have booked it for a meet then there is a serious chance of the meet not happening and someone is going to be left with an unwanted bill to pay.

Some people are worried about noise and having staff knock on the room door. Some people are worried about getting caught going to the room and being asked if they have a room at the hotel.

Yes, but what I mean is you factor all that in to you going out and having a nice night away. Treat the meet as a nice bonus if it happens, that way it doesn't matter if it doesn't.

That's what we've always wondered about. Surely the hotel doesn't permit extra people staying in a room?.. Or do they?

Easier if you're all staying and just pile into one of rooms for a few hours then return to your own.

But could be embarrassing as hell to be leaving the hotel looking like you've been doing exactly what you have been.

We've never had an issue taking people back to our room. Never been stopped or questioned by staff. Go.to a chain hotel like premier Inn or travel lodge and they give zero tosses. Half the time there is no one on the desk anyway. You just come and go as you please. If you need a room for a few hours then they do fine. As long as ypu don't make loads of noise or disturb any other guest they don't seem to care.

Of course it could be an issue if you have more than a single or couple following you in and smaller or private hotels may be an issue but just check the hotels policy's if in doubt.

I know multiple people who work or have worked in various hotel chains and most cases nothing phases them. They know it happens.

They just work there, why would they care what you use it for. It's really smaller private hotels you have to pay attention to but again, not had an issue yet (but have only used them for one on one meets and proper overnights).

Not for me. As a couple we meet in clubs or maybe accommodate depending on who and when etc.

If I'm meeting on my own, it's at home. I feel a lot safer in my own home than anywhere else.

"My only concern with a hotel meet would be splitting the cost. Not because I’m tight, but because people don’t turn up sometimes/ghost you and then you’re sat with your dick in your hand *and* a hole in your wallet.

Also just feels more likely that someone would turn up and or have a legit reason for cancelling if they’ve out their money where their mouth is.

Best way we thought about this is if the meet is near us we pay, if near them then they pay. But we're also open to splitting the bill

Got a hotel booked in West Country .I think it’s more respectful to both parties.

Iam Seeing family. I travel on my own . Room All paid for. Can’t see what’s wrong with that . Free open invite, can meet in the bar 1st, go from there. Your home is private , stays that way , I would only invite someone to my home after meeting somewhere else 1st. It’s great for role play, your not straight in the room pants down doing it, nice building up . Off course they could turn up and walk away wasting everyone’s time. No more than on this site and meeting blind.

We catch up for a drink in the bar first and then move off to the room. It’s great fun

I got one due soon but yes it's the fear of spending money and time then to be ghosted. Where if it's in your own home or your car, not too much is lost...however, I couldn't give out my address for safety reasons as you only met them online

I mostly do hotels. It’s cheap to book. It’s not my personal home It’s walking distance to my home if I want to bounce out for any reason

Parking is usually easy for others as well. Has a bar downstairs

I get the sentiment and I agree there is a lot of timewasting on here but we are at a point where you can book a hotel room in the bar on your phone whilst on the meet now. Finnish your drinks and go check in. We've done that numerous times now. "

Exactly this! Plus, you can book a room for minimum deposit (usually only £5), and if you need to cancel for any reason, it’s not a great loss

Most of my meets are in hotels. I love the anonymity, and intimacy of a hotel room, with no cleaning up afterwards! Plus, the main one I use for day rate fun includes use of the pool/sauna/jacuzzi. Great for a ‘rest’ between play sessions……

We prefer hotel meets (although we’ve only actually had one). As others have said, it’s neutral ground and more relaxing than ‘hosting’ at home. Plus, we would really need to know and trust someone to take them to our home.

The anticipation of going to a hotel for fun is exciting too. Packing the toys and lingerie etc. knowing what’s to come/cum.

It's something that we haven't tried before but would definitely be open to.

It would work especially well if the hotel has a bar so we could have a no pressure social first and book a room if we all want to move things along.

The only time we have booked a hotel with play in mind was the night of a big social. Trouble was by the end of the event most people were d*unk so we decided to go back alone, still had lots of fun though

Been fortunate to enjoy a few hotel meets, allows nice neutral ground for any of those concerns, lots of play time, maybe over night even.

Apparthotels or serviced appartments are another great choice

Ultimately the company, chemistry and vibe make it wherever you may meet

Swingers that we've met who've told us about thier experiences with hotel meets always seem to have said there's been an awkwardness when the fun has reached its end. The visitor/s don't always seem to get the hint its time for them to leave. Sometimes asking to stay in the room when all you want is to have some calm down private time.
