When a woman is talking and using 'erm' and 'er' in between trying to say something. It's very sweet, endearing, and sexy. It shows to me that they're thinking about how to best say something. I love it.

Really? I always cringe when I listen back to my voice notes and notice how many filler words I use. Then I get self conscious whenever I record them again

It's probably one of those things where the person doing it, doesn't like it or its embarrassed, but to me it's not cringe. The person is thinking. They're just stuck for the right word
