However the downside for me isn’t a noticeable reduction in size but they all rub the skin on my ball sack which after a few days gives me sores, even applying Sudocrem doesn’t help. So as it stands my duration being locked is restricted due to the chafing!!!

I've pretty much tried every type and found stainless steel, no hinge, fully round, circular cross section cage to be the most comfortable for longterm wearing.
