Hi! Need advice!!

Hello everyone, please be honest with me. I have been secretly cross dressing for many years and been bisexaul for many more. I have 2 teenage kids who are my life and i don't want them to know that there dad is a cd!! The reason why i write this post is that should i put my cd desire to bed or go for it?

Why not just continue in secret as you have done for so long?

Only you know your kids and how they might react to you revealing that side of you to them.

There are two aspects to this. The bisexuality and the dressing.

There seems to be far more acceptance of bisexuality among younger folk these days.

And trans matters are definitely more visible, but you would have to clarify exactly why you dress.

My two sons are quite young, however one of them actively crossdresses. Nothing to do with me, he found a dress up box and preferred the dresses to the boys things. Although we’re divorced now, neither of us encourage or discourage his dressing, if he wants to, he can.

As much as I’m a Father I’m also an individual with my choices, I decide who finds out and who doesn’t (to the best of my ability).

I would advise to go with your gut currently, but try and get a understanding how they would react if you decided to tell them. I’m sure one of my sons would fully understand me

There's no need for them to know is there ? Just keep it to yourself and enjoy the discrete moments that you're having as I do.

I think you should be open about it. You'd be surprised how understanding children are these days and how knowledgeable they are.

However if you don't want to come out as a CD then why not continue doing it in secret? Life is for living not for regretting. Don't leave it too late.

once you tell someone you then can't untell them,youve got no power to stop them telling others,my advice is don't tell them. I told my daughter 25 years ago as I thought she'd found out and it ruined our relationship,we talk now but live 200 miles apart.

enjoy what you are doing kimmy maybe chat with someone terrence higgins trust were brilliant with my guilt/shame/confusion etc i just settled down in the end x

There is no reason why your children ever need to know about this OP. I honestly believe there are some things we don’t need to share with them.

Are you struggling with keeping it a secret and feel you want to be more open with people?

It’s a difficult desire to keep suppressed.

As others have said, maybe continue in secret.

I hope it works out for you whatever you decide x

Go for it! The kids might surprise you. They possibly have trans and other sexualitys. Doubt they will reject you, but might spit their tea out!!!!
