After a little misbehaving at the work Christmas night out, a much younger colleague wants a bit more.

Is the age gap a problem, she is only 20.

However, nothing ventured......

Suppose it depends if she is a mature 20 year old and what would the consequences would be if people found out at work.

Each to their own, we have a similar age gap and have no problems at all. Although it is sometimes hard keeping up with her LOL.

Whilst fun etc is great, where work is concerned it might just work out not to be fun! We all have our fantasies (me too), but for the older gentlemen that 20yo might be your daughter or niece

And maybe in a professional environment, would you like to be called out for this or talked about behind your back? This could cost you a lot .... think before fantasy becomes reality

But there again life without fantasies would be dull ...

South Side.

Sounds like a nice fantasy. However, be cautious. Are you in a managerial position?is she reporting to you? The initial hot sex might be great, but after a while...? And when you both come to your senses, will you be OK with her telling all your colleagues that you're a kinky ts/TV? Before you do anything, have a good wank, release the horniness... Then decide.

Never screw the crew

Never mix business with Heather

Treat colleagues like siblings... don't fuck em!

If she'll share her private parts with colleagues she'll also share other private parts of her life with other colleagues... including the fact that she shared her private parts with you! Can your professional reputation survive that?

Well thanks for your comments and insight.

Although some have been distracted by others comments.

Thinking I will be sticking to my gut feeling and leaving this particular powder keg well alone.

On a side note, I did have a liason with a younger colleague 5 years ago, we are both still working in the same place, are still friends, and to this day no one other than ourselves knows, so it does work out sometimes.

Simple rules

Safe, sane, consenting.

Is it safe?

- potential fall outs if it goes bad?

Is it sane?

- as in sober, normal mind set ect ect

Is it consenting?

- as in have you both really thought it through? The pros and cons of a work place fling.

If it is just a fuck and you can tick those boxes, go for it but it is worth remembering that work place frolics do have a massive tenancy to go south quite fast if things don't work

I think “work colleague” is more inappropriate than any age gap.

Don’t mix business and pleasure!

Yep, to that I would add:

Don't dip your pen in the company ink!!!

Age difference should never a problem among consenting adults - but when it comes to sex with colleagues, run a mile. Politely, of course. Don't be a dick about it.

Sex among colleagues can be disastrous - are you confident of just walking into another job, with similar or better benefits to your current one, if and when it all blows up?
