I think you may need to sit down, take a breath and get out of the fantasy you have put together.

Why would seeing a cuck couple in a public setting be desirable?

They may get a thrill having other people know that they are a cuck couple. But if you walk up to them between the broccoli and the parsnips do you think your chances of getting a meet are any better than in a swinging club or on fab?

Her being a cucks partner does not mean she will be up for fucking anyone at any time night or day. She will still need to be in the mood for sex which is different to flirting or teasing. And you would still need to be the type of person she would desire.
