For sheer cost I would go for the tenga onacup ultra

I've tried a few and always thought they were a bit crap really. Seemed a lot of bother to replicate what I can do better with my hand.

If you want to try something cheaply use the wish app. Can order things, direct from China usually, and delivery can take a while but I've never had a problem using the app for anything.
