Make a profile, upload photos, upload videos, read and aknowledge other people's profiles, understand the ratios of single men to females/couples will always be whack, join in in the many silly forum games and discussions (silly as in funny, not silly as in "oh this shit again?"), realise that you know? stressing over the website isn't ever gonna be healthy, put the app down, look for social style meets or clubs events you can go to instead

Write a good profile. What can you offer? What are you looking for? Try to injection personality and make sure it's well written.

Try clubs and socials.

Fab can be extremely frustrating for single men.

It is a site for swingers, doesnt mean that it is "Dial a shag". If you want gaurenteed sex with minimal effort, look at AW 's website.
