So between pictures or the write up, what's most important to you?

It's the part seen first. If you're potentially still in the running, after they've seen that first bit, then the other part gets a chance to do the right things for you.

Write up. If we’re not compatible, they could be the most beautiful perfect specimen the world has ever seen (from my point of view) but it’d still be a no.

Saying that, terrible photos can then turn an ‘ooh, maybe’ into an ‘no thank you’.

Doing GCSE'S which was the most important, your course work or the final exam?

Photos or write up are both equally as important. If they don't score highly on both then we aren't interested, no matter how strong one part is.

Reading

You can never really know till you meet? 5 minutes face to face beats 50 chats.

But both profiles must at least intruige enough to engage a conversation. In regard of pics there is a conflict between;

"I must flaunt to attract because then I can choose from the best people",

and "I must be coy enough that only those who like my words will respond, because although few they will be the best people for me".

A quick glance will tell you where we sit. It works just fine😊.

Well if I go what I look for it tends to be pictures first and then I read the profile. I guess that's natural as it probably the profile pic that draws you in initially

Write up for me as most men have zero imagination and just fill up their photos with their dick photographed from 120 different angles, some of them over the toilet, too. And no, it's not enough to have "looking for fun"/"looking for women and couples"/"meet now" or similar nuggets of eternal wisdom in your bio either.

Normally the opposite for us. However the two go hand in hand and its the sum of the parts. So doesn't really matter what order.

.. on what day.. ??.....

Outcome of either is pretty random from what I can see, and mostly luck.

Common variables on the part of the visitor will include:

Time of day

Sleep quality

Coffee taste

Availability of attention

Laziness

Time of month

Last experience from any chat or meet

General drive

Hoarding behaviour with "friends"

Mood

Etc etc..

I suppose it's the age first, if not within our range it's not going any further, then distance. This is assuming there's no pic or only one pic , then we'd ask for a face pic somewhere along the line.

First thing I look at, for a couple is whether the male is bi. Being straight I imagine they would rather play with another bi male, so I pass them by.

Other than that I will read the profile, see if we're compatible before looking at the photos.

I struggle writing, having spell check is good and all but not being to understand grammar is a massive disadvantage.

So jealous of people who can spell and write and put there word to paper.

So for me I won't judge anyone until I'm face to face as you can get on so well over text but face it dies.

In many ways for me it’s the style of writing, and how things are said that are the most important. That said, I have to fancy you too. The hard bit is that when meeting people, fancying them is so much more than the way they look, and hard to tell that from the photos.

I have an unapologetically long profile text, but that screens out people… had a guy offering to suck my dick yesterday, I said please read y profile and he said ‘fuck that’s long’ good example!

My brain tends to go in the order of:

Username, location, status, tagline, profile text, photos.

The style of the profile text helps find like minded people.

Some people enjoy waffling for hours over a glass of wine, others prefer the DTF? approach.

Well I think it has to be a mix of pic and profile. I try to pay attention to the details. However I am bad with the written words and I can't take a decent pic worth a damn, I'm in a bit of trouble here.

Brum - ish

Combination of both.

Pictures to gauge physical attraction. Good text to get a glimpse if personality and approach are similar to ours.

It's rare to find a profile that succeeds on both counts.

I tend to read the profile text and if it interests me then I look at the pics. But a bad text or disturbing pic would put me off.

But what one feels is a bad profile could not be the case for another

Ugh. I’m terrible at taking my own pictures. Perhaps why I only have one. Maybe a professional photographer (discreet obvs) is in order if they are so important.

Pictures for sure, although both are important.

To me no pictures is like someone advertising a car for sale without pictures, I go no further.

For me, I am more likely to contact someone who has pictures but whose profile is poorly written. I wouldn't make contact the other way round.

There is no excuse not to have pictures, the privacy excuse doesn't cut it with me, you can have pictures that don't show your face as I have done on my profile.

"So between pictures or the write up, what's most important to you?"

The most important part of our profile is the text but seems not many these days can be arsed to read peoples profile text. This part is where all the info is, why oh why would anyone not read it?

When I did my GCSEs there was no such thing as course work, all your points came from the final exam. So you might have been the best student all year and shite at exams and fail the last hurdle.

Thee most important thing is the collective vibe that you get from the text and the pictures... It's a window into their mind(s) .. not pictures or the bio but the general feeling of compatibility with me that I feel after looking and reading it all. So I would say the overall 'vibe' .. lol

As a starting point any negative reference to availability . I am not wasting my time with a profile of someone that's never going to have time to meet. Always keywords that can indicate this. Also any profile that has a " look at me,look at me "feel to it. Once again it will go nowhere .Best left to others.

Pics are always an exciting starting point but if there’s no spark in the text, it rarely seems worth bothering. For me, imagination and eroticism are important, so someone who can’t be bothered with their profile text isn’t that exciting, unless they’re straight to the point with exactly what they want.

I like a good bio that shows personality and is very clear in expectations, limits and likes/dislikes.

It's also then really nice if that personality comes across in the messages. I also want a face pic shared too because call me old fashioned but I like to be attracted to whom it is I decide to fuckadoodledoo with.
